    Really nice...my Dad used to play this on his guitar and sing just as you are, using those "claw" chords as he used to call them. Thanks for the memories Jeff...well done. PS, nice Beatles photo on the wall, too. I have something similar on my office wall, too.

      Chris thank you for listening! Nice story about your dad. I'm glad you enjoyed the song and that it brought back memories of your dad. Would like to have heard him play those "claw" chord songs. Yes, I'm a big Beatles fan too!

    Someone asked who recorded this song. Louis Armstrong recorded this in 1930, Rudy Vallee in 1930, Les Paul and Mary Ford in 1952. It's been done by country, jazz and pop artists and has been recorded many times.

    Nice mellow tune and well sang. Who was original artist?

      Not sure who was first. It's a very old song covered by many many artists.

    this is really beautiful. may i ask where did you get the chords for your rendition?

    • @redchandler
      @redchandler  3 года назад +1

      Thank you! Sometimes if I dont know what chord it is I'll google it or watch other people play it on RUclips. I think on this song I did it mostly by ear, chords I already knew. But I always watch other videos to get an idea of what's out there to see if there is an arrangement I like.
