Pent house kitchen appears a bit small and closed I I would have preferred an more open space similar to the 2 bedroom then they go cheaper on the guest bath with that sink😅it's a penthouse I like that there wasn't any bathtubs because they are so overrated waste of money for anyone building or remodeling
