I liked the slow pace with which she spoke English. Many people have a misconception that fluency is all about talking too fast..
Yes, I often have to tell my students that fast doesn't mean fluent. Indian speakers especially have this misconception.

Your accent is good, I proud of you, you are Indian nevertheless your accent like foreigner. How did you get fluency. I have learning english from since long, but i can't speak english good, I can read and understand english very well, but I can't speak english. I have spent more than 3-4 hour everyday for learning english thereafter I can't speak english very well, I think my learning technic is wrong, please tell me, how can I improve my english speaking skill.
English is the mutual language among all indias. So, since there are many different language in that country they use English as a means of communication. All the time they're using that language. You may be studying 3 o 4 hours per day but u don't have anyone to practice with, perhaps.
