    Have you tried the King Arthur keto blend? I haven’t seen many videos on it.

      No I haven’t but I’m quite familiar with the ingredients they used. When I was first looking into selling my flour I actually did product research and made sure my blend solved a lot off the complaints with their blend. I’ve been continuously working on improvements and I’m super exited about some changes I have coming to mine in 2022. ☺️

      @basbosa2510 I share a lot of recipes that don’t use it if you want to try one of those! Unfortunately there isn’t an exact substitute for it but I’m working on being able to ship it worldwide. If you look at my croissants recipes, cinnamon rolls, tortillas, etc. There’s lots that don’t use this flour! I also have other bread recipes on my blog (the link for that is in the description). Hope that helps!

    OMG, this flour contains GLUTEN, not only vital wheat gluten but wheat flour as well. Yikes.

      Gluten is keto friendly (it's the protein itself extracted from wheat). Unless you have an allergy to gluten, you can consume it on a low carb diet. The wheat flour is a minuscule amount when compared to the other ingredients and is carefully added. It's used to improve flavour. It adds hardly any carbs to the total flour blend. If you look at most store-bought keto breads and wraps, they use a similar method to achieve a nice bread texture without increasing the carbs. The flour is 3 NET carbs per 1/4 cup, which is very low.

      @@samanthabriden6310 No, thank you. Nobody should be consuming gluten, keto or not. There are tons of excellent keto bread recipes without it, much healthier and less expensive too

      @@happyfella_tak Actually unless you have a gluten intolerance or other conditions that gluten affects, gluten is perfectly healthy. So instead of being rude in her comments, go live your pointlessly gluten-free lifestyle elsewhere. Kthx.
