Using Flow to Add Files to Planner Tasks | Microsoft Power Automate Tutorial

  • In this Microsoft Power Automate tutorial I show you how to attach files into Microsoft Planner tasks using Microsoft Flow (Power Automate). This tutorial goes through the basics however you can add complexity to the process to make it more dynamic by using the get files function which can then be filtered to attach files as needed.

    Thank you for the video.
    Very helpful, however, how would I get the link for a document that was just created in SharePoint. Can I place an expression in the Task details reference link area to retrieve the link from the files created in the previous steps of my flow?

    Hey! Thanks alot! I managed to automate this with my PDF files that are uploaded through forms. However can you show me how to do this with multiple attachments?

    Thanks for sharing. I would like to see a picture on my task in the board. To do so, I would need to add a file, instead of a link like in your post, and select show on the card. Do you know if we can automate adding a file in the attachment of the task. Thanks or your support.

    Hi i need help in showing pdf files as preview (instaed of icon) on selecting show on card using flow method , how to achieve this
