Hi, i would like an advice and excuse me if u already meant it in the video. If somebody pays us to have a link of his site on our site. Should we do this nofollow link? and if he pays us so the link hasnt the attribute nofollow what should we do? Thanks in advance.

Technically, it's against Google's guidelines to accept payment for a link that has the sole purpose of passing link juice, but that's often the reason people are keen to pay for them, so if you are planning to add the nofollow attribute you should probably let them know. Great explanation but I guess one of your figures in the article on your website is wrong because it distributes 50% and 50% and 33% to three glasses (where one of which won't receive it because of nofollows). I think the numbers must all be 33%s. Both the ones that pour into friend links and the one which pours outside of the third glass.
