5 Gallon Bucket Rat Trap || DIY Homemade Rat Trap

- Good Saturday mornin to everyone!! Here on the homestead, one of my biggest adversaries are rats and mice. To combat these pest, I built a 5 gallon bucket rat trap using materials that I had on hand.
In today's video, we'll take a look at my DIY homemade rat/mouse trap and I'll show you & y'all how I built it!!
Check it out and I thank ya for watching!!

A tip for you...use the glue gun to adhere the bait to the cardboard. This way you don't lose it all into the bucket after the first rodent drops in. The same bits of bait will attract multiple rodents all day & night. In addition, since it's glued they are more likely to step closer to the edge setting off the trap.
Hello Tim Scott, welcome to the channel and our community sir!! Thank ya for the tip sir as I did do that off camera a day later as I was losing a lil feed as the rats fell in to the bucket lol, thank ya for bringing this up!! I thank ya for watching and commenting, have a good Sunday!! Dan
The best is peanut butter because it sticks to the cardboard and mice really like peanut butter.
@@garnotgaming it's the best as long as it's not in a hot area. Then the peanut butter does not stick. (As I quickly learned when I put a bucket trap in my attic)
@@HomeInTheSticks spray glue and cover completely with feed, wait to dry and uncover. Very good full even secure coverage.
@@TimScott1111 just stick it in a small tub (like a ketchup takeaway tub) and glue the tub to the cardboard. this can then be refreshed daily.
Nice meeting you my friend in the USA.from England love that ol Southern accent and attitude and I have a mouse in the bedroom and I will definitely make this today many times thanks
Thank ya for watching and commenting Mr Ken, welcome to our community and the channel!! Yes sir, that trap should work for ya, I have huge field rats over here!! I preciate ya stopping by the channel!! Dan
This works!!! Thank you so much for posting! We have had contractors here and the door got left open and a little roof rat ran into the house. We tried $75 in different traps to no avail. Made this (while my husband laughed at me from the couch) and caught it on the first night! I took half a peanut and rubbed it on the floor where I saw it run, onto my ramp, and the platform where I had peanut butter, dog food, chocolate chips, and cheese so I’m sure that helped. Anywho, thanks again! Our little rat fried was caught and released in the park this morning and I’m sure he or she is thankful too!
Hello A Ludtke, welcome to our community and the channel!! Awesome, glad this video helped ya on catching that rat, them jokers can be pesky and damage a lot of stuff!! This trap has caught several rats over here and I mean 1 pound rats lol!! I thank ya for watching and commenting, have a great weekend!! Dan
Im looking to trap and release the rats under my house too, and i'm wondering: how did you manage to keep it in the bucket? Im scared they would just somehow manage to jump out again if I don't fill the bucket with water (which I don't want to)?
Thank you
Phil
We use 5gallon buckets in the barn too. We drill 2 holes across from each other and put a piece of all thread through a piece of pvc pipe where the pvc will spin. Put peanut butter in the middle of the pipe and when they step on the pvc, it spins and they can't get traction and drop in the bucket where they hit the water we put there.
Cheers for that tip Willie, will use that in my build.
♻️Happy gardening, Terry King.
Thank ya for watching Mr Willie and yes sir, I looked at that design myself, reckon the next one I make will be along those lines sir!! Thank ya for the tip!! Dan
I realize I am pretty randomly asking but do anyone know of a good website to stream newly released series online?
@Landon Beckham i use flixzone. You can find it by googling =)
@Bobby Elon yup, I've been watching on instaflixxer for months myself :)
A great rat trap, Dan. Great having something simple that can be used over and over again.
Have a great Sunday!
Rob
Thank ya for watching Sapper, them rats are getting smart over here at the AO, may have to redesign this trap lol!! Y'all have a good week my brother!! Dan
WOW!! That was really creative Dan !! Thanks for sharing . Enjoy your Sunday
Thank y'all for watching mam, y'all have a great week!! Dan
Dan you are awesome! Love the very helpful information and colorful commentary!!
Hello Mrs Jill, welcome to our community and the channel mam!! 😀Thank ya for the kind comment, I like to share as much information as I can!! I thank ya for watching and commenting, come back and visit when ya can, have a great Sunday!! Dan
Now that's a smart idea! We're in the process of of moving to the country. We have a lot to learn. I now know which type of feed buckets to buy for my feed & how to build a cost effective rat trap. Thank you. I will watch some of your other videos to educate myself. Have a blessed day. Best wishes from Central Texas.
Thank ya for watching mam and sorry for the late reply, YT has been getting a bunch of comments to me late!! So far this trap has been working good over here, I may redesign the next one tho!! Have a good weekend mam!! Dan
Great idea Dan . Thanks for sharing with us .
Thank ya J B and I thank ya for watching my friend!! Dan
We used your method and caught 7 rats in one night all together with this trap...thanks so much for sharing
Hello Mrs Doris, welcome to our community and the channel!! Awesome, glad this trap worked out for ya, I'm gonna make a few adjustments to the next trap I make but the first one I built worked great for me as well!! I thank ya for watching and commenting, come back and visit when ya can!! Have a great week!! Dan
Thank you so much for your sharing this trap! I built it by myself and caught the packrat that had been destroying my succulents. I had previously used a snap trap which he set and ate the peanut butter off the trap. I used a chunk of cheese smeared with peanut butter near the edge of my cardboard flap. Other comments are right that this trap can be used multiple times. Thank you again!
Thank ya for watching and commenting Mrs Llona, welcome to our community and the channel!! Awesome, glad the trap worked for ya, I actually hot glued the bait on the platform so it wouldn't fall into the bucket, worked great!! I preciate ya stopping by the channel, come back and visit when ya can!! Dan
Thanks for the Excellent trap Dan...Great idea mate..Most Appreciated!!
Awesome, glad ya enjoyed the video on the DIY trap skip james!! Thank ya for watching and commenting, welcome to our community and the channel my friend, you have a great weekend!! Dan
Great Video, our neighbor hood is starting to see roof rats! So I'm going to make one too. I'm with you I love animals and have 2 Springers, but the only good rat is a dead one.
Thank ya for watching and commenting Mr Tim, welcome to the channel and our community sir!! Gracious, roof rats can't be good, I have a lot of field mice and rats over here, they get in to everything!! I hope you can catch some of those rats with this trap, I'd glue the bait onto the platform tho, works a lot better!! Preciate ya stopping by the channel, have a great week!! Dan
That's great Mr.Dan!
Hello Nonito Abuzo, welcome to our community and the channel!! That trap has worked pretty good, I'm looking at building another one using a different design lol!! I thank ya for watching and commenting, you have a good weekend!! Dan

Thank ya for watching Mr D, that trap worked purty good over here!! Dan
Awesome Dan, when I had chickens I kept my feed in 55 Gal steel barrels because even using the thicker plastic barrels they seemed to chew through 🤨 this trap sho enough effective my friend and budget friendly so high five 🙌🏻 and gold stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around.
Have a good Sunday Dan
Thank ya for watching mam and them rats did the same thing over here lol, amazing to see them chew through a heavy duty rubber maid trash can lol!! Have a great week mam!! Dan

Absolutely brilliant~!
AS an added incentive, I recommend using peanut butter as the bait because rats and mice LOVE peanut butter.
Thank ya Midnightkitty and I thank ya for watching and commenting, welcome to our community and the channel!! Thank ya for the tip, I actually hot glued the bait on to that platform off camera, worked like a charm lol!! Have a great Sunday!! Dan
Nice trap brother! I watch mousetrap Monday. Shawn has tested so many traps! The best rat trap I like is the pneumatic one! Those rats are smart!
Thank ya for watching brother and yes sir, Shawn is the man when it comes to making traps lol!! Have a good week Mr D!! Dan
Great idea Mr Dan.Have a great week and stay safe.
Thank ya for watching Mr Jim, hope all is well with ya sir!! Dan

Slick play on words in your YT name lol!! Thank ya for watching and commenting, welcome to our community and the channel, have a great Sunday!!! Dan
Shmear little peanut butter on the edge of that and they'll keep falling in the bucket and you won't lose your bait after the first one! I've caught nine mice in one night with the roller type with peanut butter,
Thank ya for watching and commenting Mr William and yes sir, I've tried the rolling traps before with peanut butter, I'll be making another one of those soon!! Have a good week sir!! Dan
Maybe NYC can learn something from this
Thank ya for watching and commenting Mrs Mary, welcome to our community and the channel mam!! Reckon Louisiana could learn something as well, they tons of rats over there lol!! I preciate ya stopping by the channel mam, have a great weekend!!! Dan
I suggest making the flapper out of aluminum. Use glue to hold the axle. Also, covering the far side with a light coat of peanut oil. Also mounting a piece of a Slim Jim with a screw to the inside edge of the bucket. That way no extra bait is needed and the rats slide right down all night long, night after night. 👍🏽
Thank ya for watching and commenting D RC, welcome to our community and he channel!! Cool, thank ya for the info al your suggestions sound spot on, I may have to give them a try on the next trap I build!! I preciate ya stopping by the channel, have a good rest of the week!! Dan
I have seen versions using pie plates for the flapper. Upside down of course. The rodents have absolutely no purchase on the aluminum and plop goes the weasel into the water.
Yep; rats chew through my compost bins as well. Not a huge problem with compost bins, but I can see how you don't want that in feed. Great trap - I was going to make a roller one but this looks way more effective. I did get rid of my rats by cutting food access and filling holes but now I have mice, which live off crumbs and fit through anything.
Thank ya for watching and commenting Immingham Ironhead, welcome to our community and the channel!! I feel your pain on mice, I have a lot of them here, we call them field mice. As far as the rats, that's a struggle as well over here but I'm making a small dent in their populations over here lol!! Preciate ya stopping by the channel, have a good Wednesday evening!! Dan
Yes Sir the weather has been awesome! I have seen a bunch of those type traps also. They shonuff work!! Proof is in the bucket. Nice job done showing how you built your trap. Maybe this will catch all those pesky rats for ya. Stay safe and have a great week! Keep that shine on brother!!
Thank ya for watching brother and reckon I'll be building a different trap soon, them rats are getting smart over here lol!! Y'all have a good week my friend!! Dan
Thank you I have subscribed to you channel I will be making one. I will share my pics when I catch the lil fella. Keep the videos coming 🎉👌

Hello BlingMellowJelly, welcome to our community and the channel!! Awesome, glad you enjoyed the video, that trap has caught a bunch of rats lol!! I thank ya for watching and commenting, have a good Wednesday!! Dan
Great Video....i will try this
Awesome, glad the video may have helped ya out some on maybe making your own trap!! Thank ya for watching and commenting, welcome to our community and the channel, have a great week!! Dan
Yes thank you it was really good
Exactly use peanut butter or glue. So you don't lose bait, an don't have to replace bait one by one. Good job
Thank ya for watching and commenting mam, welcome to our community and the channel!! Yes mam, I did hot glue some bait on to that platform off camera, worked like a charm!! Have a great week!!! Dan
I'm thankful I live in a rat free province. Rocky mountains to the west, rattle snakes on much of the east border and about 40 rat patrol officers working full time. The water in the bucket is key because even a mouse can jump out of a 5 gallon bucket. A couple of inches of water makes it too hard for a mouse to break the surface tension of the water to jump out of the bucket. Obviously more water for rats. Well done!
@The gardener Yup, I don't make this up as I go along.

@@AutoCrete wow, interesting lil video sir!! Dan
@The gardener check out the video mam, very interesting for sure!! Dan
@@HomeInTheSticks Forgot to mention one more 'tip' I tried. The story goes that mice can't stand the smell of tea. I can't guarantee it works as I took to feeding feral cats just a bit to keep them around and my mouse problem is gone. Perhaps dropping a few used tea bags in your feed shed would help too.
I don’t think I’ve hit the subscribe button so fast in my RUclips using life…

I like this video a lot. I have a horse, rabbit and goat in my barn and this winter the rats have taken up residence. So from Maine thank you for the great video, have subscribed to your site. Lucy
Hello Mrs Lucy, welcome to our community and the channel mam!! The field rats took over here as well and this trap helped a lot BUT I have to make some modifications on the next one I build!! I thank ya for watching and subscribing to the channel, y'all have a good Thursday evening!! Dan
I hope this works for me I am at my wits end. They escape every other trap I set and I am ready to cry. They have cost us so much in the plumbing and wiring they have eaten through. I feel so defeated. Trying your design
Thank ya for watching and commenting Faceless ASMR Videos, welcome to our community and the channel!! I feel your pain, rats ate thru all my feed containers and contaminated all my feed, I will say this trap did work for me and I hope it works for ya!! The one thing I did off camera was hot glue the bait to the platform, no more lost bait!! Have a great weekend and good luck getting rid of the rats!! Dan
Watch The Twins rat/mice control videos. They also have a book. Good luck!
Bucket traps work. Also try 70% corn meal, 25 % bicarbonate of soda, 4% sugar and 1% salt, mix it well, put it out for rats to eat, don't ket it get wet. It will not hurt other animals, but rats and mice can not burp or fart and they die when they eat this simple mix. Try it and see how it works. Our feed cans are all plastic except the big corn "pig and chicken feed" metal can. That's thecan they'd love to get in... Our mineral supplement can, they don't care about that. I use a .177 caliber Crosman Legacy and a .22 caliber Benjamin Prowler ND we gave a good time shooting the rats on occasion. But nothing works like the soda and meal mix.
This worked in only 5 hours!! Thank you! At 2am I looked up videos for rat traps using stuff I already had, and built this one. I’d been trying to catch this pack rat humanely for WEEKS. Unfortunately, it did drown; the rat was about 3” tall and 8” long, so I’d put just 1 inch of water in the bottom just so it wouldn’t be able to leap up with as much force as I knew it could (like when you try to jump in the shallow end of a pool). I guess even that was too much water. :( I’ve drowned and had CPR before and drowning is the most painful, torturous thing I’ve been through to date. I didn’t want the critter to go through that, but long story short, the trap DID work.
Hello Mrs Jenna, thank ya for watching and commenting, welcome to our community and the channel!! Awesome, glad the trap worked for ya!! I have a huge problem with field rats over here so this trap has put a lil dent in the population over here!! That's the same issue that brought me here! I can't do a lot of the great ideas, because the weiner dog will go nosing around to see what what I'm doing. He's too old for a broken muzzle!
Excellent product! I'm trying it RIGHT NOW
Hello Mrs Heather, welcome to our community and the channel!! Awesome, I hope this trap works for ya and yes mam, gotta watch out for them pet dogs, I had to take up all my big snap traps due to the dogs!! I thank ya for watching and commenting, have a great week!! Dan
Hi Dan I was only away maybe 10 days. Your weather is crazier then my state of Ohio. 80° wow! Gonna try your rat trap. We get field mice. That can catch the ones my cats might miss. 😎 thank you. Have a great week.
Thank ya for watching and commenting mam, I hope all is well with ya!! Dan
Dan--------------------------- I use peanut butter so my feed sticks on the lid. I had a ton of field "Squirrels", yeah, that big, in my feed room. They could eat half a bag of sweet feed in one night. Well, I got ticked off so, I built one of these out of a blue drum. I swear these rats could've escaped a 5 gallon bucket they were so huge. I expected to catch one or two but, ended up with 17 big rats and 2 regular sized mice. I keep it out there and check it every morning. I'm down to catching 2 or 3 a month now. Best trap ever!!!!! Also, I use dollar tree plastic cutting board and a small snap hinge on top of mine. I needed a product that didn't mind the humidity! LOL.
Hello jessica kiefer, welcome to our community and the channel mam!! Gracious, sounds like you had a time with them tree rats lol!! The field rats were so bad over here they were eating thru my garbage cans I had the feed in!! Great tip on the cutting board and snap hinge, I may may to modify my trap now lol!! @@HomeInTheSticks we do need to keep trying different ways as long as it doesn't cost us anything then nothing is lost.
Nice trap Mr. Dan. Yup no poison around here. We don't have a problem with rats or mice around here. The neighbor has a good mouser cat and some of the snakes take care of them as well. Mice and rats are not on my catch and release list either. They are on the catch and terminate list. Stay well. Best wishes Bob.
Thank ya for watching and commenting Mr Bob and yes sir, I'm sure I have some rat snakes lurking around over here and I'm good with that, I need to find some barn cats for over here lol!! Y'all have a good week sir!! Dan
I've seen that peanut butter works really well for the bait. It won't go anywhere. Good luck !
True dat, PB works really good!!! I hot glued some of that feed onto the platform, worked purty good lol!! I thank ya for watching and commenting, welcome to our community and the channel!! Have a great Sunday!!! Dan
Great video, Dan! Can't wait to try to build one of these. I've spent close to $100 on snap traps, glue traps, and that new natural salt poison, and have only caught 2 rats. They have been devastating a lot of my vegetable seedlings lately, eating every little broccoli plant I put in the ground and digging up corn seeds before they sprout. I'm in a swamp and I know the rats here can swim, so I'm going to put bleach water in the bucket. Thanks for this informative video! Hope you are having a great spring growing season
Thank ya for watching and commenting sir and I have a big problem with rats as well!! So far this trap has worked but these rats over here are smart lol!! Good luck catching them jokers over there!! Have a great week!! Dan
It doesn't matter if they know how to swim, what matters is they can't swim for hours, they will get exhausted and drown.
I was thinking the same thing about putting bleach or rubbing alcohol in there instead of water, but I wondered if the strong smell would clue them off that something wasn't quite right, and they would steer clear.....did it end up working for you?
Thanks, I know this is pretty old....🙄

That looks promising. I have a giant barrel I plan to use to deal with rats. My only concern are my cats... they kill some of the rats but can't keep up out here. But my cats might be curious and jump on that or try to sleep on it. ha ha. Also they might try to get in to get the rats as well for an easy catch. This barrel is so tall they won't get out without my help. Still going to try it though as I have all that stuff lying around either in house or in the sheds. Thanks for sharing. - Heidi
Hello Mrs Heidi, welcome to our community and the channel mam!! I agree with ya on the barrel, it would make a really good trap, would catch several hundred rats I would think but I'd be concerned about the cats as they would definitely get curious and try to get in to that barrel as you stated!! I thank ya for watching and commenting mam, have a good Sunday!! Dan
Dan, good job in sending those rodents to meet their Rat God.

Hello from Gander Newfoundland and Labrador Canada!
Hello Gary Betty Leyte, welcome to the channel and our community!! I thank ya for watching and commenting, y'all have a great week up there!! Dan
Nice simple efficient trap Dan. May I just respectfully add a couple of tips to it. If you are going to use bait then perhaps glue it to the far edge of the cardboard. As someone else has already mentioned. You won't lose so much grain. In lieu of feed maybe better to use a dab of peanut butter. It'll stick to the cardboard and is like the rodent version of crack. Also add a few drops of dish detergent to the water. Decreases the surface tension of the water and the rodents drown faster. Otherwise a really simple efficient rodent trap. Thank you for sharing.
Thank ya for watching and commenting Mr Rex, welcome to our community and the channel!! Yes sir, thank ya for the tips, all are shonuff solid!! I did hot glue the bait onto the platform off camera and that worked really well!! I didn't know about adding the dish detergent, thank ya for that one!! I preciate ya taking the time to watch the video, have a great Sunday!! Dan
if you hot glue the feed to the cardboard you can catch more at one time cause you wont have to reload the feed each time
Thank ya for watching and commenting mam, welcome to our community and the channel!! Yes mam, I actually did hot glue the bait to that platform off camera, worked like a charm, thank ya for mentioning this!! You have a great rest of the week!!! Dan

It figures, here I am looking for a plan for a rat bucket and the first and best one is from someone in my home state.
Lol, thank you for the good instructions, I have a few Norway roof rats with a bullseye on their back now.
And, for everyone saying "use peanut butter", I say use everything, I'm fighting rats in the basement right now and I've dumped organic peanut butter all over these traps and they are walking right by them all.
Im gonna make these buckets and get some scratch seed and stick it out there. Rats won't pass by corn and grains.

Ya got that right, peanut butter doesn't work to good on rats but they love some feed like chicken scratch!! I thank ya for watching and the kid words mam, good to hear from another Sippian!! You have a good Wednesday evening!! Dan
The Jack of all in my opinion is a Jack Russel Terrier, they love to be ratters.
I've had several, and now we got one, the cats are a bit outsmarted, JRs do the night thing as well, as rats are nocturnal.
Thank ya for watching and commenting Jo Hac, welcome to our community and the channel!! Dan
I watched your video twice to make sure I knew what I was doing. I'm going to use peanut butter as bait and make a little ramp up to the top of the bucket. Also I'm going to make two bucket traps & set them in two different, but well traveled, locations. I'll let you know as soon as I catch a rat. I'm anxious to see if it works. Until then...thanks for your video.
Thank ya for watching and commenting Mrs Janet, welcome to our community and the channel mam!! Awesome, glad you found the video helpful, I would have put in a ramp on my trap as well but the rats over here are jumpers lol!! If the peanut butter doesn't work for ya, try using some hot glue and stick some grains like rice or sunflowers seeds on to that platform, rats can't resist it!! Preciate ya stopping by the channel, come back and visit when ya can!! Have a great Thursday!! Dan
😅😅😅😅
Nice trap
Thank ya cheeng1 and I thank ya for watching and commenting, welcome to our community and the channel!! Have a great week!! Dan
If you just smear some peanut butter on the end of the trap, you wouldn’t lose your bait every time a rat sets it off and you won’t have to worry about where you place it because it cant slide off.
You can blob some peanut butter right on the edge. Rats and mice love peanut butter and it’s not something they can’t just grab and take away. It sticks like glue, so they have to stay there licking at it a while and will eventually set off the trap.
The peanut butter will stay adhered to the cardboard. So when the trap resets, it still has the bait to attack another rat. You can also sprinkle some animal feed into the peanut butter. If it’s a bait they’re more familiar with in that shed, but every rat will go for peanut butter.
You can probably catch 4 or more rats in one night using the peanut butter.
Thank ya for watching and commenting Wolverine Smith, welcome to our community and the channel!! I actually hot glued the bait on to the platform and that worked really well. Thank ya for the heads up on the PB, I may try it on my next trap build!! Preciate ya stopping by the channel!! Dan
Great idea Dan. I'm terrified of rats and mice. I hope it does the trick. Looks like it's working good. Them rats have got to go! do you have a good old yard cat?. I guarantee you it will keep them out of there. Well I don't know they might be scared . them some big rats LOL. Great video take care
Thank ya for watching Mrs Donna and yes mam, I used to have 2 big ol tom cats on the property, I need to get ahold of a few more lol!! Yes mam, them rats shonuff need to go!! You have a good week mam!! dan
very cool, I actually bought one that is similar. Wish you would have posted this last year. 😀 What about using some of the glue to glue the feed you're using for bait to the cardboard, Then you won't have to replenish it. Just a thought. 😂
Thank ya for watching sir and yes sir, I ended up hot gluing some of that bait to the cardboard, we'll see what happens!! Dan
Looks like a very safe trap to use. I mean, safe for any other animals on your homestead. I surely appreciate it. 5 pounder, huh? Holy cats! I’d be tempted to move! Anyhoo ... I just subscribed here. I like “real” people if u know what I mean. I found you from an older video the
Lord led me to tonight. Opal from the Suburbs. I was lookin for a way to can tea for iced tea, sweet tea ... she had a good one. I’m troubled that her videos kinda knocked off around 4 years back. I was wondering if you know what went with her, God bless her. Thanks for ur channel. I’m makin a big garden this year so I need all the help I can get. Will be lookin back on urs now & again. I would love to see a video of your trap working.
Thank ya for watching and commenting mam, welcome to the channel and our community!! Reckon I might be able to do that, I gotta get my cameras together!! Have a good weekend!! Dan
If they chew through the plastic feed buckets.Wont the chew through the rat trap bucket ???
Thank ya for watching and commenting mam, welcome to our community and the channel!! I would think that would be possible BUT with the bait in the open they have no need to chew threw that bucket. Dan
Pierce a soda can lengthwise through the middle and mount that with a coat hanger in the bucket so it spins freely. Slather the can with peanut butter. When a rat climbs on the can it spins and the rat gets dumped into the bucket. Much simpler.
Thank ya for watching and commenting Mr Willie, welcome to our community and the channel!! Yes sir, I've seen and made that trap before, works really well on mice, rats are a different story lol!! Preciate ya stopping by the channel!! Dan
Easiest one I've seen yet. It's one of tomorrow's projects.

Thank ya for watching and commenting J O, welcome to our community and the channel!! I actually hot glued some bait to that platform, worked like a charm!!! Dan
I have one made, you don't need a piece of wood, try to find the gravity point without anything. Once you get close, add weight on either side.
Thank ya for watching and commenting gil boston, welcome to the channel and our community!! Thank ya for the tip, I may try this on the next one I build!! Have a good un!! Dan
Instead of a counter balance, it just stuck a magnet on the bucket and one on the cardboard piece..
And 3 quarters taped to the under side so it closes. 🙂
