None of these actually felt like a home 🏡 😢. Just way too much museum looking houses and not enough

I really enjoyed the feel of the weather and that’s just one of the reasons that I love Santa Barbara.

Film some of your colleagues at work to show your viewers how it’s actually fun at the office,
I’m just trying to think outside the box.

loved the first house, very modern, airy, open spaces, upper village is great. Love the mediterranean, more modern Mediterranean style house, love the front area for parking courtyard area was beautiful and love the coloring of this Mediterranean so far, love the charm, if you have to have a two story then I'm glad there's a bedroom on the bottom floor . lovely home. Presentation of your product is key, it increases the potential for a sale, and that means you get 💰 PAID 💰.. especially now that sales over all are so low, it's cut throat and you need every advantage you can get. Your selling properties for Millions & millions of dollars and these type of clients expect the very best. I liked the Miramar one in the Hedgerow better. The first one looked clinical. The one next to the creek? No way. They may be selling it because of insurance issues, That’s a flood zone.

Yes, some of the most expensive real estate in the world. I guess there’s a population of people out there that really value it. Our inventory is growing slightly up to about 180 homes for sale. Normally we have about 350 to 400. so historically still very low amount of inventory that’s why prices are continuing to edge up.
LMAO, who in their right mind would buy anything, let alone a house in CA.
