Amen to that first 30 minutes without your phone. I pray my husband would listen to that advice and make it a staple in his routine. I know it's hard with the way the world is going, but it's crucial to connect on a different level with life in the present in front of us.. because before we know it, our little one wont be so little anymore.. HERE'S TO A NEW YEAR AND NEW WAYS! THANK YOU!!

I so much agree - not too overload a morning routine. Start small! I like that!

Great ideas - will certainly try the lime water and quality time. Yet again the presenter is articulate, interesting and knowledgable.

Nekole, I am a new grad occupational therapist. I have a passion for pediatric OT, and Early Intervention is a field of practice that particularly interests me. I did not have a pediatric Level II rotation, but I'm trying to not let that deter me from entering a pediatric setting. I have many years of work experience in working with infants and toddlers, just not in an OT setting. Do you have any advice for me starting out? I'm feeling a little lost. Love your videos, you're so helpful and informative.

I like the presentation of your videos but your introduction to the topic takes too long can you please get to the point and can you get to the point and bullet points with short list under the video. I need to know specific information immediately and I want your channel to be my source
