In lower ranks, all people do is run and gun. Can you do some videos on how you faced run and gun teams and how you countered them with a breakdown of everything you and your team were doing to stop them?
3:46 I have dry ran this many times and it still takes me 45 seconds into the round at least to get the setup mostly complete. I feel like this is too long in a ranked game. maybe you have a better route than me when you do this but I cant seem to get this down to 15 seconds into the round where I would be confident that I would not die to something dumb just because I am still setting up. Tips?
Doesn't matter where you go up, Skylight stairs or main stairs, reinforcements take 4seconds each. Then make your feet holes and then you are done. Yes you still have to get to top floor and open hatches and all but attackers also have to shoot cams and get close to map and start droning and by that time, you are ready

Can these strats work with a team as well?
The best way to create strats is to understand where attack needs to push and having a duo so you can hold each others cross in high traffic areas.
Of course. The aruni one, the azami on kanal, or mute on kafe I do those with duo or team. Same goes for other ones
