It’s great to see this. The original VHS is missing. William aka gunny grandchildren still playing on that piano. Thanks for this video clip!🙏
That's great. I love hearing about prizes still being used after all these years.
Just saw this last night. Amazing to see it in such clear quality after all these years!
From June 3, 1985, of course, Mark 🚩.
All of them are. Like they were broadcasted the day before.
@@jjaa6157 Are you sure?
@@jamesmcclelland1414 - What I am saying is that a person could be royally fooled into thinking that.

I was eighteen when this aired. Love TPIR. Great memories.
Nice, I was about 18 months at this time. 😅
I was 11. Stayed home from school and watched. Wow!
I just turned 14 that day in Houston, TX!!
I was 9, great memories! Everyday summer day and some holiday at 10 am. I would upset when it didn't air for Thanksgiving parade lol
congratulations to William. 😄
At the end of the June 3, 1985, episode of THE PRICE IS RIGHT ▶️, of course, Kristie.
@James McClelland Congratulations William !
@@davidellis5141 Why thank you 🙇🏻 very much.
Way to go William!
Mate...how SWEEP it is to be winning them both! Bill not just win his showcase...but also steals his opponent's who went over! He goes home with $25,050 in cash & prizes! I was attending summer school and just turned 14!
As far as I'm concerned, Bob Barker is the Price is Right
The old adage.. "The two best days in a boat owner's life...? The day he buys his boat.
...And the day he sells it."
If I hosted the show, I'd yell, "HIT THE WHOOP WHOOPS" right after I read the actual retail price.
I love it when The Price Is Right goes crazy like that. Whoop whoops, bells ringing, words flashing. What fun! 😀😀😀
Her face when the kite was revealed...
😂😂😂
A boat and a trip for 11,000 ? Wow
That snide chuckle Diane had after they showed the piano sounded bitchy. I knew she was going to pass. I’m glad William won it all!
I had to go back and replay it a few times honestly. It actually sounded pretty damn demonic!
That's William who made that sound!
Funny how one showcase is a piece of crap, a stove and a piano, and the other is a trip to Acapulco and a beautiful boat!
Those showcases were far better than the ones which they have now with Drew Carey which are completely boring.
And that's why 99% of the time the first showcase will be passed and most of the time a Double Showcase winner is won by the contestant who bid on the less glamorous showcase.
Well, then if you were a contestant and won a stove, a motorcycle, furniture and a piano, you'd refuse them. You do have the right to refuse any prizes you don't want or can't afford to pay the income tax on. Personally, you can keep Acapulco, considering this was filmed in So Cal, not Norway, and the boat (which you need to rent a boathouse and buy fuel for). I'll take the baker's cabinet and piano, thank you.
welp, if you win big before the showcase showdown then you have the option to bid on whatever showcase you choose, kinda gives an incentive to win big.
Season 13 Air Date Monday June 3rd, 1985.
Diana went over in her showcase round.
William 🎯🎯🚨🚨🔔🔔"4TH DOUBLE SHOWCASE WINNER"
He won both showcases difference of $89 bucks!!
Grand Total of $25.050 dollars.
My 14th birthday was celebrated at 13:05 CDT. $089 difference.
👍
Good afternoon to the REAL Price fans here! Sorry you all have to put up with the spam here... The projection TV he won in Range Game previous to this helped put him into the $25k winner's club. Ready for more fresh episodes later tonight!
1:33 - this part always bugged me - Dian always had trouble making it out of the doors in the seconds the camera isn't on her.
William was on 🎯 🎯 !! Whoop 🚨 🔔 Whoop ! 🚨 🔔 !
At the end of the June 3, 1985, episode of THE PRICE IS RIGHT ▶️, of course, David.
A new boat, a new motorcycle, a new piano, a new stove/oven, a new wooden cupboard, a week of vacation with 2 meals + airfare AND a kite!
you're very cute William love your voice congratulations on your wins Lea
I like how bob corrects the 950 bid
Congrats William
The dresses look big on them, but they look pretty as always.

I’d like to see Burton Richardson be Price Is Right announcer.
Another Double Showcase Winner!
The very last in that season...a gentleman unlike the women who did it. A $089 difference!!
I've shows where people win both showcases and a ton of money
Was he the first?
C'mon !! & win both Showcases !!
And you did, William.

The $25,000 Pyramid, Press Your Luck,
The Price Is Right, And Body Language.
Mate, that was my 14th birthday. And my first day of summer school.
William looks like a taller version of Reggie Jackson.
On average these prizes were not taken as the contestants couldn't afford the taxes.
Especially as this was in California. They had to pay CA and Federal Taxes on the prizes, so a lot of the contestants declined do to accept them except for low value prizes.
Toward the end of the June 3, 1985, episode of _The Price Is Right ▶️._
William had the best 👌 bid at $9,500 💵
@@davidellis5141 With a difference of just $89 because the actual retail price of _Price Is Right ▶️_ contestant William Cunningham's first showcase, which was _”_The Price Is Right ▶️_ Down Main Street,” was $8,589, making him the double showcase winner alongside _Price Is Right ▶️_ contestant Diann Whitlock 🔑’s second showcase, which was “Great 😊 Weekend Plans” in the actual retail price was $11,161, giving him a total of $25,050.

@@davidellis5141 You’re welcome 😇.
He bid $950, Bob changed it to $9,500. Wow, that's unfair!
I heard that too.. usually Bob would clarify their bid but he didn’t this time. He did say $950.. but oh well..
