    SUMMARY:
    I used to get conflict and disagreements all wrong.
    Now I see them as opportunities. Here’s what changed.
    It really comes down to 3 things:
    1. Change your orientation or mindset towards others.
    Reflect on your emotions-are you feeling angry, upset, or resentful?
    Try to shift your perspective by looking for positive intent. Put yourself in their shoes and consider what they might have been trying to achieve.
    Asking questions to understand their viewpoint can transform negative feelings into curiosity and open the door to more constructive interactions.
    2. Focus on finding the right solution, not on proving yourself right.
    The goal is to collaborate and work together to find the best outcome. This approach emphasizes cooperation over individual glory.
    When people see that you're genuinely interested in working together rather than taking credit, it fosters a more collaborative and supportive environment.
    3. Use the conflict as an opportunity to learn and improve.
    Reflect on the process and the relationship-how can you do better next time?
    Conduct retrospectives and discussions to identify areas for improvement. Take personal responsibility for your role in the conflict, acknowledge your mistakes, and ask for forgiveness.
    Look for ways to improve processes and communication to prevent similar issues in the future.
    How well can you transform conflict? If it's not as collaborative as you'd like, there's likely room for growth.
    By turning conflicts into opportunities for learning and improvement, you can enhance collaboration and turn challenges into strengths.
    Don’t let a good conflict go to waste!

    Jeff what are some top ways to 3x or 5x our salary after joining the company ? In small or big companies how it works as some top players of the team star individuals say it's possible so what's their secret or methods to reach that goal..apart from being good at our craft which skills and traits are needed ..
