This error is typically associated with screen resolution issues, not any of the items you listed in this video. Lowering resolution will work in many cases, if that fails, the fix 99% of the time will be to uncheck "Use all my monitors for the remote session" in the Display tab of the remote desktop connect "show options" screen.
