hi, I am still unable to connect due to: network connectivity blocked by port rule: DenyAllBounds" Even with an inbound port rule to allow traffic like in your example.
Thanks, it helped me out with the problem I was facing. One weird thing it happened to me was even after adding the inbound allow it didn't let me connect, it only worked after adding the rule and restarting the VM.
Really helped me👍 After adding role dhcp and DNS was keep rebooting and wasn't login me in but after following your steps , issue resolved... pls add more trouble shooting videos Thanks...
Hi Scott, why is redeploy to be used as a last resort? Since it just wipes out just the temp drive but not any other data drives. Kindly share your thought.
I had the same issue, could not connect to 3389 RDP. I reached out to Microsoft and they said they did not know why but that I did not need an NSG or any rules. Is this true? I followed this video and I am now able to connect to my VM by successfully using NSG and opening port 3389. I still wonder if MS was correct when they said NSG is not needed but recommended. thanks
i am using from home N/W Rogers in canada. I tried adding port and still not able to connect using RDS. But then i downloaded Putty and did an SSH to make a connection. Do you know why ?
can you please help me? when i tried to add new port this error was shown: The recommended value for the source port ranges is * (All). Port filtering is mainly used with the destination port. please help me

Check your local firewall. The firewall from the machine that you are connecting from.
