The heal is quite slow, yes it blocks everything, but you also give someone the chance to heal, reposition, run, stealth, prep an offensive pot etc. Using your E to heal vs PvE damage works but if you get caught out and someone runs over and whirlwinds on you, backstabs etc it's like never happened, and now it's on CD. Most higher lvl Cryos use the Frost Armor, not Iceblock because of the stuff mentioned above, including myself, and I'm currently 9th for TDM kills and wins on NAE.

If you dismantle the heirloom it only gives you 1 material. But you can use them. Only get them if they have good stats
