If these Videos dont help you, delete the Valorant Anti Cheat. It is called Riot Vanguard.
I tried everything but Riot Vanguard had blocked my Keyboard and Mouse from the Razor Synapse Software. Once I deleted it it worked !!!!
Ohhh, I remember, I saw a message pop up from Vanguard saying it blocked something!!! I’ll try deleting it. Thank you sooo much. You earned a like and a half!!!

Still works, thank you! It's my headset messing with me (Razer Nari Ultimate) and using this method worked for it.
2023 - worked like a charm. If you reinstall windows, please disconnect your internet and razer devices. Their software is really intrusive and it tried to install itself during windows installation (even before login lmao). That messed up the drivers completely. I followed this video - rebooted, got my mouse detected as HID-compliant mouse, then installed razer synapse 3 with all chroma checkboxes and boom, it works. Every other method failed except this one.
hey man, I wanna say thank you for posting this video. I've been annoyed at how my mouse is at random colours and my setup is all red for a while. Now I can finally change it and make my setup look complete. Oh and btw the uninstaller is great too :)
Thanks for this man, I've been having this problem with my mouse every now and then, and it would usually sort itself out but its been unable to detect it for a good week now. As an aside, I didn't even need to restart my PC, just put it to sleep, turned it back on and plugged the mouse back in, problem solved!

First things to do if you have a gaming pc:
1. edit the power settings: "USB Selective Suspend Setting" -> Disabled
2. open Device Manager and check out all the USB device properties of your USB devices and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".
Those can be found under 'Human Interface Devices' and 'Mice and other pointing devices' and 'Universal Serial Bus controllers'.
I had a persistent problem with Razer Mamba Wireless. Every single time the mouse woke up from sleep mode Synapse didn't recognize the mouse any more. I had to restart Synapse in order to see the mouse in the app and use its all the features. When I did the procedure above this problem was gone for good.
If that doesn't solve your problem then try other ways to fix them.

Next time just unplug your keyboard and plug it back in. Itll download HID keyboard driver which is enough to use the keyboard lol
@@AwzlyFFA nah that didn’t work. I was desperate and followed way more instructions than I should have. Ended up in the bios and stuff and that kid probably could have told me to delete system 32 and I would have. You still saved me though and im still super happy about it

Hey bro my device manager has like 4 different ones that say "HID Keyboard Device" and I don't wanna uninstall something that can be detrimental. Any ideas of how to fix this?
it isnt anything detrimental i uninstalled it unplugged and plugged back in my keyboard and it was working again but it says HID keyboard TWO times do you know why
I uninstalled all of the "HID keyboard device" and all of the ones for the mouse bc it deactivated. I restarted my PC and reinstalled synapse and everything worked like a charm.
Hey my rob for mouse I connect it to my pc and change the colour and it changes normally there. But when I disconnect my mouse and plug it into my Xbox it turns to red I used razer synapse 2 once and I currently use synapse 3
Any new device you plug your mouse into Will set the colours to default settings

I used driver booster and it updated the drivers for the razer mouse and keyboard and then it didnt show up so i uninstalled the drivers and plugged them out and in again and restarted synapse and all good

Like you ... this didn't matter for ages ... but mouse and Ourobos recognised again ... think the "delete driver software" option was critical as un/re-installing Synapse didn't work for me ... FWIW I also deleted everything left behind in the Razer folder in Program Data ... anyway ... thanks!

hi, i tried doing this with my razer mamba elite and now my mouse does not show up in device manager. so, i can’t edit my mouse or anything. do you know how to fix this?
its probably showing up as a "HID COMPLIANT MOUSE" you have to figure out which one it is

@@daforkray3915 its not fake,its a problem with the hardware, for 3 years i never had problems with my keyboard and it showed up in device manager as a keyboard with the keyboards name on it but now suddenly it just doesnt work anymore

@@ben-bb4br it works in Razer synapse 3.0 Here's my problem, I recently bought Razer surround pro (I'm pretty sure I bought it through the Razer synapse 2.0 version) I reset my computer, and I was basically scammed out of 20$ because I downloaded 2.0 to see if my surround is still there and I can't even open it because there's no devices detected

Device manager knew what my mouse was and now just says a HID compliance mouse and the vertical sens is higher than the horizontal thanks this made my problem worse.

alr, check if the mouse works on another pc. if it does, we know its not the mouse. If the mouse does work on another pc though, run the windows troubleshooter

yeah so the mouse is fucked then, it must be hardware. Now you can either dictate whether the usb port is fucked, or the circuitry. Does the PC actually recognise a USB connection?
