No. The player who got in the minecart was "YeahMyToe" and he got teleported out as you can see in Skeppy's chat at 6:58. Then, the minecart stayed there after he got teleported out and GreenMohawk got into it.
Edit: I was wrong, Skeppy dropped two minecarts.
