The Outrigger Duke Kahanamoku Foundation Celebrates Duke Kahanamoku's legacy every summer at Duke's OceanFest. Surfing, Stand-up, Swimming, Surf Water Polo, Volleyball, and more competition raises awareness for the foundation's mission of providing grants and scholarships to Hawaii athletes
