CR-10 Ender 3 & Ender 3 Pro - Heat Creep Fix, Get Rid of Stuck Filament or Clogged PTFE Issues

  • In this video, we tell our viewers how to fix an CR-10 Ender 3 / Ender 3 Pro which has the following issues:
    1. Persistent PTFE Tube blockage after running prints in random durations.
    2. Heat Creep travelling up the Heat Block
    3. Filament Blockage not getting fixed even when the nozzle is cleaned up.

    Thermal Pastes:
    1. ARCTIC MX-4 - Thermal Compound Paste
    2. Cooler Master Thermal Paste -(HTK-002-U1)

    Been having the problem for months! Just figured it out yesterday as I turned down the AC in the house and the ambient temp made it stop. I beleive the stock heatsink fan is going bad. Going to replace today and try again, before this, I never had an issue.

    I put slice engineering paste and also put a metal washer inside, (not on the fitting side) to make sure that the ptftube is fully press agaist the nozzle all time
