That small of damage I wouldn’t even go through insurance and waste time with an insurance company that wants to pay you dimes and Pennie’s for the repair. I would just take the wrap off, find a PDR guy to push the dents out 99% of the way, and rewrap the fender. Just to keep it all original instead of dealing with paint matching, having a shop do a shady job etc.
