I feel like this can be easily broken down into just supporting someone whatever they are going through until they heal. Also this is a two way street when 2 companions are both suffering.

Support can be interpreted many ways though.

One of the most important topics of the whole world right now. People hopefully can become more aware of the importance of this.

This is one hell of a good reminder and a beautiful way to phrase it too ! Also dig the hairstyle ;)

That's it, I'm making regular trips to the Turkish barbers from now on with the amount of compliments I've received 😂

Thank you for this video. This is exactly what I would like people to do when I'm struggling in stead of comming up with advice like I'm to stupid to solve the problem. I'm in complex grieve for some big losses but it seems other people don't allow me to grieve. And exactaly it is hard for me to let myself grieve aswell. Afther watchibg you video I was fibaly crying again and my heart kinda opened hearing rhat thing I need that I couldn't explain to other couldn't find the right words. And also this helps because sometimes i kbow people mean things well but I feel such resistance when they come up with their solutions. I can now understand where that resistance comes from. And not use that against myself aswell. And not let others use it against me. That is what happens sometimes peiole come up with solutions and i react with resistance and they say i don't want to solve the problem so it is my own fault... everything makes so much sence now. I hope i will be able to atleast hold some space for myself now. Thank you 🙏💜🍀

I've heard 'hold space for someone' a few times. But people rarely explain. I think those who understand it assume others do too? I didn't really know what it meant. I'm about half way to understanding so hope one day to put into practice. I can relate to wanting this from others but not being able to articulate beyond 'I know that it's not ideal, please just listen to me' etc This video is great. I look forward to sharing it without offending my nearest and dearest 😅

Remain in the highest vibration of SelfLove and radiate Impenetrability to any unaligned vibrations that are ignorant of itself and does not honor itself with divine love.
    Grace and peace and always,

So don't hold it all inside . Let the person your holding. space for know exactly how you feel and be there for them fully and unconditionally but from a distance unless they need you . You don't have to be drained by their toxicity and at the same time you can show them unconditional love. God Bless You All and Much love
