All you have to do is to uninstall your device and then install it again. Check out this video to see how to do it step by step.

I have the Logitech g933 Artemis Spectrum headphones. recently I bought a Logitech g502 hero. when I set up the mouse using the GHUB app and went to test it, I felt a different sound than before. It turned out that this application changes the sound in my headphones, as if it is configuring them by itself, so I can't use the mouse because my needs are not set.

I tried uninstalling the drivers and plugging back in all different usb ports.
G-hub just says "connect your logitech gear"
thanks, this worked for me, but i didnt have to put it in a different usb port i just unplugged it and put it in the same usb port and it worked

I bought my logitech g402 mouse a year ago. It worked fine for a day or two, but after that it just keeps saying "device not recognised" and stuff like that. I also tried it on 3 different laptops which it worked on before, it wont work there as well. The mouse lights up and all but just doesn't work, doesnt even show up on G hub
Need help, my previous mouse has back and forward function whenever I'm browsing, my new g102 doesn't have that.

I followed all steps and my G845 keyboard is still not detected in Ghub. Maybe its not supported. IDK its kind of annoying
Anyone, if youve tried everything and it isnt working, im pretty sure your device might be outdated. I bought a wheel used and I did a little bit of digging, some rock pickups and my wheel is from 2007, it still works and its actually really good. I think it might have fucked up from the updates over the years, does anyone know how to downgrade my download?

I bought a Logitech g102 prodigy but when i plug it, it is recognised as usb optical mouse and in device manager , it doesnot have USB Composite Device and other drivers in the drop down menu, whereas if it is recognised USB GAMING MOUSE, then it would have the same drop down options as yours, so how can i make my g102 prodigy be recognised as "USB GAMING MOUSE" instead of "USB Optical Mouse"

@@augustaspletas9581 I uninstalled the app and re download twice. It work for me I try disconnecting the mouse over and over turning off the pc but the only thing that work was re downloading it. Hope it works for you and take a picture of you’re keys on the mouse. Hopefully this all make sense
