I’ve noticed these obstinate listings as well. They’ve become the tallest pole in the tent and the property to use as an example of what not to do.
These aren’t market makers and in my opinion, preposterous to suggest.

Definitely lots of overpriced listings. There's lots of inventory but much of it is exactly what you are describing.
