hi, cand you tell what engine did u use for this plane? or how much HP do I need for an ultralight?
It is a 2 cyl 1/2 VW engine producing just under 40hp. Engine requirements for ultralights depend on many variables such as weight (pilot and aircraft), aircraft design, conditions, etc.
What hp vw are you running?
I’m gonna guess 37 hp Casler built.
Would like to put a viking 90 on one of these!👍😁

I believe it is Dacron and dope. I'll find out for sure tomorrow.
Builder said: "Light weight Stirs Poly Fiber and Poly tac... Paint was mostly Poly Spray silver dope."
