I've never seen Marmite, but an episode of The Vicar Of Dibley, cracks me up with the Elderly Lady putting Marmite in brownies and some wild things with Marmite. A Must see. I'll make mine without the Marmite. ha Ha!
Hi Steve, as you are twisting the straws anyway why cut the ends off, they would not really show when twisted and it seems such a waste? I love Marmite so will have to make some. I have made my own puff pastry and have bought the usual shop stuff but would like to get large sheets like you have. Can you tell us where you get them???
