Along the shores of the Mississippi river in Brownsville, Minnesota, on the old Milwaukee Road line, A Iowa, Chicago & Eastern (IC&E), a subsidiary of CP Rail, roared by the boathouse, which we were staying at during our fishing trip over Memorial Day holiday weekend.
