Love all the negative comments from apparently all the people who couldn't afford to buy this car. Especially love the guy who said it's all plastic. My husband just bought me a 2018 trading in my Porsche Cayenne....This car is beautiful...the interior is amazing in color combination of the dark gray and dark tan leather. Tons of room both front and back seat. Touch screen way easier to use then the Cayenne....Ferrari engine is amazing along with that great Ferrari exhaust sound while in the sport mode. Very reasonably priced for what your buying...For the people who commented how ugly the design is...It's an SUV...basically don't they all look the same....I didn't read all the comments but was happy that no one mentioned the Lexus SUV which people seem to think is the end all be all of cars....Maybe because I'm Italian and we also own a Ferrari and 7 additional cars...this car is elegant and you might be buying it for the name and the reputation of Italian made sports cars but what is so bad with that?
Had one of these pull up next to us at a red light the other day, i think the lady driving it saw us mirin that on green she hit the gas hard. The car sounded great and that my brother and i were both like "whoa wtf" since we never seen or heard one before in person.
I pulled up next to one of these (standard 3.0L T model) at a stoplight today, the person was driving it conservatively. Pretty cool that one can buy one of these Ferrari built vehicles for a "regular vehicle" price.
Just returned from Torino Italy and toured the Levante (pronounced LEVANTA) factory and test drove this magnificient SUV. Definitely go the extra EUROS for the BAD AZZZ S
when you start the car with the key does it shut down again when you approach it and unlock the doors via keyless access? i know mercedes does that and it is kinda annoying i wish it would just keep the engine running when i approach it to sit in and drive😅
Looks like a grand Cherokee with the buttons and stuff inside the car you can tell it's related to a Chrysler product right away very nice though . Those rims resemble the new new srt spoke wheels ! I'd rather buy a new jeep srt over this anyway.
Connor Robertson Do you recommend it over a RR or Porsche? We have 2 Range Rovers (2007 and 2011) and they are very good vehicles but we want to sell the 2007 and buy a Levante S. Sport wise, is it faster than the Range Rover Sport?
Emperor Kim Jong-un ehh, what is wrong with you? it’s his own opinion, and by the way Levante is a good car, now shut up and go to hell, don’t talk about the stuff which you don’t know about, Maserati improved now
in Europe, the Grand Cherokee is certainly not a cheap car, here it starts from € 56,000 and the Grand Cherokee SRT has the same price of Levante 3.0 V6 S, € 91,000.
It’s a very beautiful SUV! My main complaint is there are too my Chrysler buttons and switches. You don’t expect that for a vehicle at this price point.
for a 100k car the interior shares some things with my jeep cherokee that costs 40k. I would have expected high level materials and buttons with a very beautiful infotainment system.
Just like zero functional understanding of the way import tariffs work huh... Try and buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee in Europe and you'll know what I'm talking about. You're going to want to bring about $75,000 with you.
That infotainment system interface looks so old and low class for a $70K+ vehicle. The whole car design looks something from 2012. Leather stitching is something you have to pay extra for, so it's nothing special.
So brand of the same group can't share some components? wow This is only valid for Fca or for others also? Who knows why when these things are done by other groups (and everyone of them does that... nobody excluded) I don't read nothing. I imagine what would have happened if Fca group would have made the same fraud of a great and HONEST german group... would have been destroyed in two days. Compare Chrysler to Maserati says a lot about who writes..............
Reester _97 I'm sure it's nice ride man. Just not for me. I already have a boosted grand cherokee. So to me, I wouldn't spend the money just to say I drive a Maserati lol. Especially if we share so many similar parts. Takes away the "luxury" feel for me.
Chose Cayenne over this in September I waited for the levante and it was so disappointing. 1) Cheaply built car. Doesnt feel at all premium with the plastic buttons, and the layout. Throwing leather on a car doesnt make it premium. 2) Back seat is smaller than Cayenne. 3) Driving is subjective but this car was heavy, and didn't engross me the way the cayenne did. Huge disappointment considering Maserati came so late to the SUV market. Even the looks are poor. You could mistake this for an Infiniti.
TKD Canadian its up to you lol. Range Rover Sport and Cayenne are both amazing. Far better than Levante. I feel like maybe they'll fix the levante in future model years. Its never good to be an early adopter of something new.
This guy doesn't know how to review this car. He didn't mention all the features. I know because I own one, and love it. Btw this is builted by Ferrari.
Not even close the apart from the infotainment system, which is very good nowadays and a few buttons everything else is different. VW Audi does this, Chevrolet Cadillac does this, Honda Acura does this Toyota Lexus does this, Nissan Infinity does this, Ford Lincoln does this, Hyundai Genesis does this. Everyone does this.
SUV's to spend $100 K on: BMW X5M Mercedes GLE AMG Slightly used Mercedes G Wagen Range Rover HSE SUV's not to spend $100 K on: A Jeep Compass with a Maserati Logo
Poor review. Why go around the bush and repeat the same cliches over and over again? "Very nice, very good, very very luxurious". It's nauseating. Do a better job next time. Stay critical, subjective. Describe details from the technical aspect. Otherwise this sounds like a 5 grader trying to describe his new bicycle.
Single handily the worst vehicle review I’ve ever seen. The Levante has very cheap plastic pieces all over the interior. Many of the buttons inside as well as the turn signal stalk and rear view mirror among other various knobs are Chrysler / Ram sourced. My Ram 2500 has the exact same window and mirror buttons, etc. I test drove a Levante with 7,000 miles on it; the turn signal stalk was very loose and much of the interior is a disappointment. How he can say the interior is befitting of an 80k car is laughable.
That front grill is the prettiest thing I've seen in a long time

Maserati's have such beautiful silhouettes
Good review. Very SaabKyke-esque. The profile looks similar to the Infiniti FX.
I'll buy when in 5 years when they drop in price by 50k.
Broke hahaaa
There like 37k now
Damn man you called it lol

My very first Italian SUV! Amazing job bro.
Glad you like it! Super cool option!
Pretty good review. I love the way it sounds!
Just got one last week for $30K it’s a sweet ride for sure
Cool, congrats!
kind of looks like a refreshed 2009 fx35
I think the most unique choice that Maserati makes is keeping the Hydraulic power steering
not anymore :(
If you were waiting. Clean low mileage are now around 50k
Oh nice! Great options on the used market for sure!
I pulled up next to one of these (standard 3.0L T model) at a stoplight today, the person was driving it conservatively.
Pretty cool that one can buy one of these Ferrari built vehicles for a "regular vehicle" price.
I will own one, one day!
wow nice car i guess i am gonna get this car
this car is a huge rolling box of shit for this price. at least it has a rear camera
@@LowerYourExpectationsPleb what car would you recommend?

Great Review bro.

This is very nice engine sing :-)
when you start the car with the key does it shut down again when you approach it and unlock the doors via keyless access? i know mercedes does that and it is kinda annoying i wish it would just keep the engine running when i approach it to sit in and drive😅
This one, you just have to tap the start button once inside. If you tried and revved it it would shut off
I love my Levante S, it is fully loaded with Carbon Fiber through :)
Good to know! Pretty sweet SUV for sure!
My dad has the same color and everything and it’s 2017
Fully loaded top spec Levante 100k.
Range rover sport v8 supercharged Autobiography 98k.
Only a fool would pick this over RR
This is My car in DUBAI...💪👍Excellent
VERY POWERFUL Car...🇹🇷🇵🇭
Cool! This is a sweet Maserati!
Ok, it must also cover this segment of the market, but now it's time for a new Granturismo.
That would be nice to see

Basically the 2017 Infiniti crossover
Jeison Gonzalez +1, I don't know the interior design looks so outdated

Why most of controls are very similar to ones on my Grand Cherokee SRT?
Maserati is part of FCA (similar to grand cherokee).

That's a good point. Most of them carry over a lot of the buttons, just makes it easier to make.
saw one out on the freeway today. figured it was pretty fast. didn't race.
for a 100k car the interior shares some things with my jeep cherokee that costs 40k. I would have expected high level materials and buttons with a very beautiful infotainment system.
jusuf velovic that's because they are the same. they share the same pentastar engine block design.

Mike Mauldin I think this car is made by Chrysler in US. Not Italy anymore
Big Boss the engine Italian the rest is design by Maserati built by fiat
I would love to trade my 2016 corvette for this :P
I'm seeing Chrysler all over the maserati. the chime, buttons, radio, etc.
does it have a glove box lock?
It does on mine. 👍
Why is it a 1/4 of the original price now? Seems kinda suspicious to me. Lol
Maseratis just don’t hold their value, nothing suspicious, just how it is! You can pick them up fairly new for not much!
What is the front headroom? Thank you.
It was really good. I don't remember exactly, but had at least 4/5 inches above my head and I'm 5'10''
Cesar Castelo I'm 5'2 and I my head was smashing the ceiling
I wonder why they won't bring the Diesel to the U.S?
That would be cool, the specs on it are probably not to US standards.
100K and the back seats have no heat or ac options for sitting in them. Ouch
Probably why you can buy these for $30k on the used market lol
i think this design would work 10 years ago, bit not in this moment
Looks like an infiniti fx45.
Of course.
Is it diesel
looks mean as hell, too bad the exhaust is horribly poppy

You can replace them with a 9-in tall 7-in wide Tesla screen now. It replaces the entire surround, including the climate control panel.
Good video. I’d love to have a $1 for every time he says the word “vehicle.”
