I politely introduced my backward facing, weirdly bent at the knees, legs to his frontal lobe and then apologized by inserting more artillery shells than WWII France, into his chest.
V.VII's trying his best, everything is just too confusing for him 😃
V.VII Pater would like to voice his opinion.
i knew AC6 has a lot of these optional dialogues but i didnt realize that moment was one of them
obviously on my first playthrough i attacked him with my double grenade launcher while he was monologuing and he literally yelled "How dare you attack me with my back turned" or sth similar
i just love FROM ❤
You can also option to stop shooting at hgim when he starts talking later on and join him, prompting another much harder AC to come and fight you. This is how you get the other battle log here.
Rokumonsen was legit one of the hardest fights in the game for me lmao, harder than most bosses
Wait, was that johnny young boesch?
He's credited with at least one character in the game.
G3 Wu Hauhai
But Swinburne definitely sounds like him.
And so does the test AC pilot
The Vespers, Arquebus's infamous AC squad ladies and gentlemen.
I love all these little lines of dialogue.
BE HONEST, who here spared him because of the VA. I just love Lelouche so i let him go...i mean i was CANONICALLY put under Geass lmao
"How dare you pretend to be one of my own?!"
"I just walked up here, you assumed you knew me."
Swinburne has unique dialogue for if you ambush him, if you just let him talk to you, and if you let him talk to you but interrupt while he's talking.
If you interrupt him, he yells about why a grunt is attacking him and then realizes you're not one of his.
For comedic effect, attack him with a full Coral HAL 826 build.
Show him why the Ibis Series stands second to no-one.
Damn you’re ability to dodge those attacks like it’s nothing is on another level my dude
try a full speed build. it's not that hard to dodge swinburne.
none of those attacks were difficult to avoid though
He is ability to dodge
He’s just swinging a stick around, don’t have to be Spider-Man to avoid it.
Your*
What is funny in a morbid and poetic sense is that you hear him brag about sending POW's to be re-educated and that "Snail will be pleased to have them". But when you humble him so hard he cuts a deal with you to let him off the hook Snail contacts you post-mission to pay you and inform that he sent Swinburne to be re-educated. Snail is also most likely pretty pissed at Swinburne all the while because he made the Vespers look bad.
He's in front of a bonfire.
"This is our opportunity for an ambush"
"I'm gonna do a little trolling"
Lmao the first time I did this mission I was surprised that he didn't attack me immediately when I sneakily approached him. I got spooked by him getting spooked by me lol.
"oh hi wassup"
"waaaaaaaait a second-"
-V.VII Swinburne, probably
"Bro chill it's a prank"
You really dodged his attacks like he was a child lol
_"Hmm? Back to your post, grunt. I can handle myself, thank-..."_
*internet dial up sound*
_"WHAT"_
crazy, how this pretty much confirms that. The pilots that were sacrificed in order for v two snails augmentation were probably being used as experiments for said augmentations
You really did Ichigo dirty.
There are so many moments where characters will have different lines of dialogue depending on what you do E.G "Honest" Brute complaining that he wanted to surprise you if you get the drop on him
That's awesome really liking the voice acting.
What sucks is that V.IV and V.VII don’t even seem like bad people too :(
Arena Lore. V.VII may not be evil, but he's failed the vibe check.
Swinburne was a laugh..
A dumb comedic elite is rare to see in games
Rusty is best bro no doubt.. sucks that you have to fight him at least once (in the worst ending route)
G6 Red is hilarious for his drill sergeant demeanor (almost like he's trying too hard)
Snail outright pisses me off with his snobby demeanor. Can't wait to massacre his oversized ass
Pater (V.VIII) is a bit loose in the head by default, despite his affable demeanor
Honestly, I would like the vespers. The problem is that ego-@$$hole Snail.
HE LITERALLY KIDNAPS PEOPLE TO BE LOBOTOMIZED
Did you even hear him speak, look at his emblem, read the arena description, or fuckin read the battle log that's in this exact mission next to the tetrapod MT
HE _IS_ A BAD PERSON
Did you miss the whole beginning of the dialogue where he's sadistically fantasizing about sending Balam PoWs to "re-education"?
You learn something new everyday.
Swinburne: “THAT MERCENARY IS A SPY!!”
Me: *[sly French accent]*
“PEEKABOO!”
*[PILE BUNKER]*
“I FEEL TRES BON!”
There is also unique dialogue from ayre if you accept his request. Wait for him to say thank you and before he takes off shoot him. He dies instantly and ayre will say something to you.
"Back to your post grunt"
🤔 Ok you just told me to destroy you. Nobody talks to me like that.
I feel bad for Swinburne. He is a baby in an AC.
Out of curiosity I did this yesterday doing NG++, this guy is cartoonishly overconfident 😂
Swinburnes like: "damn homie's got one hell of an MT...HOL' UP"
"Hold on, sir! I only wanted to talk to you about your AC's extended warranty!"
These are the detail that make a good game a great game.
same reason why i love AC (ace combat) unsung war...
Radio Detail
That's actually a nice detail. Loved taking this guy out.
If you attack him mid dialogue of him asking you to join him, he stops and says HOW DARE YOU INTERRUPT ME ASKING YOU A QUESTION?!? DICSIPLINE!!!!
Rossiu really lost control after Simon left tear Dai-Gurren behind. Man’s is a wreck.
He talks like a metal gear solid villain and I love it
"Yo waddup bro"
"Waddup...wait a min-"
Im mad That He still pretends like i was dishonorable I didnt pretend to be anyone!
Was that...johnny young bosch?
it’s definitely him
Not gonna lie, Swinburne's reaction would probably be a fraction of how Snail would've reacted in that scenario.
There would be a lot of screaming and dog-calling, that's for sure.
Politely approachs in a 15 meter war machine
So you have chosen death
I swear, no matter what game or anime I watch, I'll always recognize Todd Haberkorn's voice. Dude is in everything!
