This rifle is a hard pass for me. I'm sure it's great, but it's just not my bag. I use .22s to hunt small game, and this thing is too big to be lugging around for no real added benefit. You really need to shoot this thing suppressed. It's SO much fun to be quieter than a Red Ryder. Also, just an FYI - the 2020 family uses Rem700 trigger groups, so there is a literal sh!t-ton of aftermarket triggers out there...again, for me the juice isn't worth the squeeze, but they're available. I loved the video, and I'm happy to see you guys having fun making content!
I knew the 2020 took the rem triggers I couldn’t remember if the rimfire did the same. I agree at 7 pounds it’s just not a good gun the lug through the woods. Thanks for watching again!
I agree but also disagree. Most people will shoot with the cheapest ammo if they are plinking. We don’t disagree this is garbage ammo but most people will shoot this ammo over some of the more expensive ammo. Also couldn’t get any of the good stuff so we stuck with the cheap stuff. But if we were to get into the more expensive ammunition what should we look at?
Don’t bother running the good stuff, unless your shooting a different rifle it will be a waste of money. These guns don’t shoot. They are meant for casual shooters, match shooters, because of the numerous reviews showing they don’t shoot, won’t touch the gun.
first, appreciate the shout. second, good testing. this may be the first video i am have seen on this where it actually looks pretty decent. but it also makes me wonder what some people expect. third, these are decent groups for the parrticular ammo at the distances you guys were testing, nothing much people should realistically complain about. good job
Anytime thanks for the insight when we talked! Like we said this is what people are most likely going to use off the shelf for plinking. I can’t really complain about the groups
@fullyloadedreviews I had the target version. I used eley, cci, sk, and norma ammo. The rifle shot like horse manuere. It is horrible against my cz457 and my brothers tikka t1x. The hits on paper was so random. I think Springfield uses Lapua center x. If I have to use that just to shoot normal, what does that say about that rifle? Garbage! I got rid of it.

Great review guys and the Prairie Dogs was pretty cool i think that's what you call them, definitely don't have those in Ohio.
Thanks buddy! I think that’s what they are lol
I don't understand how this shows anything about the performance of the rifle? Garbage ammo = Garbage performance.

Lapua center x or SK.Match

@@fullyloadedreviews CCI mini mags are good for 50yards or so. Or standard velocity if shooting 100yds. I can do sub moa at 50 with a 10/22
I have yet to see a review where the 2020 rimfire shoots accurate groups....might be a lemon of a rifle.
Someone suggested we use higher quality ammo. If I am shooting this it’s for plinking.
Another great video. One of your best so far!
Thanks you!!
Awesome video guys! Just keep building on that greatness!
Thanks buddy!!!!
Great review guys! Each video is very informative. The wildlife shots were a great add-on!
Thanks for watching!!!
Good video guys!! I really like the "unscripted" type content on the range! Killed it again!
Thanks! We took a different approach I think it turned out well!
Buy the Springfield centerfire, get the free rimfire and sell it to buy a savage 93.
Thats one way of putting it.

This is interesting… I wonder how it would be suppressed
I want to get a suppressor for it.
This gun doesn't shoot well at all. Don't buy one, get a CZ instead.
Which CZ do you suggest!
Garbage rifle
Why is that?

@@bad_vaporizer Thanks for sharing your experience with your rifle.
