The crazy thing is in the Philippines, agriculture is about to go through the roof in the next 10 years, so many Philippines people have left the provinces to make their city fortunes, but if you have capital the gold is in the provinces
THE BEST WAY IS TO RAISE AND PRODUCE MOST OF YOUR OWN PRODUCTS. LIKE OWN CHICKEN, PIGS, PLANT OWN VEGETABLES AND FRUIT TREES. THEN YOU CAN SAVE VERY EASY!
Correct - if you put it in real comparison - average salary per day in home country and food price - and the same for Philippines = Philippines is super expensive for Philippinos 🙈. Example: for 1Kg chicken Swiss needs to work approx 45 minutes in Switzerland to by it in CH - in Philippines a Philippino needs to work 8h to buy it in PH = there is something completely wrong in the system in PH 😢
i've been in Makati for about 10 months now and it's gone up 30% for sure. I'm going to Dauin in a month and will compare and contrast. Great videos, SUBBED!
Weird, but it seems that the food prices (of most basic stuff) are not so much different than here in Berlin, in Rewe, Edeka, Lidl or any similar shop. Kind of a bummer. 🙈 Fruit prices are great, though
Thats very generalized. Look at the things that are not from the Philippines and their prices, and the things that are not from Germany and their prices. It always depends where you are, imported stuff and with not so much demand is always more example. Basic economy. Also, look at the measurement units. Its not "one piece" its "one kilogram"
I'm indian I live in Warsaw on a work visa here. The price of eggs here is like literally 1zl or slightly more for a single egg. The prices what you are showing for eggs there is mindblowingly cheap. Also all other meat products are half the price. If possible can you do a video to compare these prices with that a metro city in phillipines like manila and cebu. Thanks for these videos it gives real insight into the local prices and better data if one has to move to phillippines in the near future
I bought some shrimps for 1 lb. $10.00 frozen from South America- fish $15.00 from asia. When I move back to 🇵🇭 i will plant my vegetables and shop the wet markets to support local vendors.❤🇺🇲✈️🇵🇭👍
I was in Angeles City in February and grocery prices were the same as in Florida. There's no difference in prices UNLESS you are buying food at a family owned small restaurant. Its not worth buying food in grocery stores in phillipines just go out to eat. Also with all the foreign countries investing there prices will go up. I saw huge infrastructure projects everywhere. The Japanese and Koreans are building high speed rail system from Clark to Manila. Countries have pledged 5 trillion pesos plus U.S. navy building all over....its going to get very expensive causing locals to never be able to afford things.
wow, most stuff isnt that cheap really NZ butter is roughly same price on special in NZ for 500g as your 227g block id love to see the same thing but at your local markets as im assuming fruit/veges and some fish etc is cheaper there than supermarkets?
Gas in the U.S. $6.00 per gallon. Electricity: $130.00 to $180.00 a month. Everything very high here in the U.S. rent $1,500.00 to $5,000.00 a month depends on which state you live. You are okay cheaper there than here. Count your blessings.🇺🇲✈️🇵🇭👍❤️
@@IslaPamilya looking forward to current cost updated videos- i will be moving back to the Philippines soon 77 yo gr8tgranny. 🦋🌹❤️Maricar❤️ Matt❤️ Calix❤️Anton❤️ Christian🇺🇲✈️🇵🇭
In america the gasoline is four dollars and ten cents a gallon ... Diesel is $4.65 a gallon. Gallon of milk, $4 loaf of bread $3.50. Meet, forget about it. Today the news said Americans Have one trillion dollars, credit card debt. We are headed for a major major recession. Soon, the Treasury will raise interest rates again. Housing in America slowing down, not building many houses. People cannot afford bank loans at 6 persent medium-sized house $400.000. To qualify for alone for $400000. You have to make $200.000 a year. I have witnessed 4 recessions in my lifetime. This will be the worst one. Nationwide, over 80000 cars a month are being repossessed for non-payment. Do not buy things that are expensive that you cannot afford. Only things that you can pay for and you will survive.
The debt-driven economy is starting to collapse, I'm afraid that this is an irreversible process at this stage and they may arrange a war for us again as it used to be in the past to mask the inefficiency of politics and "experts" on the economy. Either way, the people will pay for everything as always.
I finally convinced my wife buy all meat, poultry, fish, pork and all fruits and eggs at the wet market only and at that we have a "picker" that we send our needs to in text, he gets it, delivers and sends my wife the bill the next day.
Wow so cheap over there as always. Australia is by far the most expensive living on the planet. & the food is terrible. I couldn’t live without New Zealand butter 😊
I think it seems like kontilang cheaper than Korea. But when I think about product quality, Phil products is much expensive. Compare of income? We can earn almost 5oo pesos per hour as a minimum what about Phil? So Phil is hell. Even when I come pare with other neighboring countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Phil is crazy.. Too much tanga and expensive price with very poor quality

Very interesting. I was surprised because it's cheaper than sweden but not as much as you would expect.
Especialy if you consider Filipinos income. They have prices like in Poland or even higher

Kind of crazy that most items are similarly priced to major European cities given how almost everything imported overseas!
Thanks for sharing! Filipino can still survive with those prices. Especially with their amount of income.

I just come back from Poland and groceries there are cheaper, only seafood here is stil cheaper.
Pork, hround beef and chicken all cost more than i pay on sale at grocery stores in Canada.
One problem now in Dumaguete is many foreigners flock there because they saw youtube videos and now that is driving prices up.
Thank you for watching and commenting. RUclipsr here is many 😬
Strange how a liter of beer is the same price as a 700ml bottle of rum. Very cheap rum!
the price of spirits is 80% tax The Philippines simply has lower taxes on alcohol
Onions are soooo expensive. I would be an Onion Farmer in the PH 🤣
