I love your guided videos. It sometimes feels easier to sleep and relax with these kinds of videos. I absolutely loved the autogenic relaxation. I know you've done one of these videos, but after rewatching that so many times I would really appreciate another video dedicated to that. Thank you for everything!
Hi calliope! ❤ 😊 I wanted to say thank you. I'm often ashamed to admit this but as a 26 year old with High functioning autism, who like many others struggles with social and general anxiety Disorders, depression, and PTSD, sleep is a massive issue and I've struggled my entire life to even get more then an hour or two per night, I've never 💭 thought of what you said you need to help you be able to sleep, sensory issues are huge for me as well. Temperature, my body or bedding or clothes feeling off or weird, even something like it being too dark or too light, or having too much then not Enough warmth or cold from blankets or pillows. I'm definitely going to try some of your methods tonight! ❤ Thank you for sharing you are a gem. 😊 I appreciate it so much
I've never heard someone describe exactly the same experiences I live with every day of my life. Most ppl I've met deny or downplay my disability because I "look normal".
Woof, long ass paragraph incoming: being a content creator (and actually just a human person in general), there is this constant stigma of admitting to having conditions like ASD or ADHD (or both, in my case) even though so many content creators and audience members have it. This stuff is just so much more common than we're allowed to admit, so it doesn't get addressed/fixed when it can be as simple as, "this is something that might work for most people, but other people need a different approach/perspective". I'm constantly seeking new or alternate ways to do things so I can pass it on to my ASD/ADHD/AuDHD family members and maybe make their lives a little easier. With this video, I wanted to try to do the same with that "there is no one-size-fits-all approach and that sucks but that means that even if this doesn't work, it doesn't mean nothing works" kind of deal. I truly hope something in here works for you, but if it doesn't, it gives you new information about what could work because "one method or another fell short in this specific way, so how can I fix that?" Thank you for being here :)

My favorite ASMRtist friend Calliope. It's the best weekend to visit the sleep clinic on this session that I love the most. It's super relaxing, and the yoga nidra at the end of the session was fascinating relaxation. ❤️❤️💕😴💤
