This is my absolute favorite. The gentle slow hands and the rustling of the herbs and the tap tapping. I watch this over and over xx iI do have a condition called dysphonia so some sounds in n the World irritate me. The loud swallowing is not pleasant for me but the rest is just HEAVEN!!

Hey, Diane. I was watching this video a couple of weeks ago and as I remembered it from time to time I wanted to try tea out again. When I was entering work I started drinking coffee on a regular basis. However, I was not quite happy with it because there were some down-sides for me (tiredness, hunger, brainfog). Now, because of this video I thought I´ll give it a try and switch coffee with different blends of tea in the morning and afternoon. The first couple of days actually were quite harsh, not gonna lie butnow I do enjoy my daily tea more than I was enjoying my daily coffee(s). SEASONING MY TEA, why didn't I ever think of that?! One of my hardest hurdles of getting into tea is that unlike other steeped/brewed drinks like coffee or cocoa is that it's not all the flavorful and mostly water, but tea is just an herb so what if I combine it with more herbs and tasty stuff, can't believe it never occurred to just experiment around like this, lol Btw very nice asmr from such a mature pretty lady, keep it up ^w^

I'm so happy you made this video. I only started liking tea recently after a lifetime of not caring for it (I'm 40 years old...) and have only ever had the instant kind. Recently I've wanted to try making my own blends as a way to relax and for the simple joy of drinking it...but I had no idea where to even start. This helps so much, and it's so relaxing!
Crush the herbs before brewing. They don't need to be ground, but a little crushing releases the oils. Water should be nearly boiling; heat it until the bubbles are just beginning. If you can comfortably handle it, it's not hot enough. Steep a minimum of 15 minutes. The blueberries didn't change colors because you didn't crush them first.
As a teamaker, this was a lovely and soothing video! I love making tea for my job, but I make batches on a much bigger scale, so it's definitely less relaxing.
