Some kickass-looking choppers here. Goes to show the mid-size bikes have so much to offer in terms of: lightness, looks and sound. It’s all about the right combination of those tirée elements for me personally. All around killer.
The only problem with a Bobber (and this has happened) is when you hit a large bump go to sit back down and sit partially on the rear tire separating your nuts from you post haste.
I ride a Ironhead and always had Harleys, but, most of the Harleys now are built with foreign parts anyway. At least a Honda is made in Japan with quality parts. Now, what would a Native American think of an All American bike.....Christ, his great grandfathers people were murdered by the US Calvary. In every culture there is a horrible history somewhere. Should we not buy from England....we fought them during the revolution, yet riding a Triumph is okay or "kool". Bet you that George Washington or Sam Adams would have rode a Japanese bike back then instead of a British bike if they had them!!!! Ride what you want and have a good time doing it.
Great bikes lots of fun to bop around on. But no point in sinking big money on these 650's to underpowered to have such an aggressive look. Dressing a chihuahua in a lion outfit only leads to disappointment when it's time for the hunt.
I own a Kawasaki KZ-750 as well as American bikes,i gotta say im not a fan of metric bikes turned into fake Harleys,people dont look good riding them either,riding any of these mess bikes is the same as turning your Volkswagen into a fake Ferrari & riding around like a poser , not 1 of these bikes has a legit history starting out as a pile of parts turned into a rat bike or bobber,they all were running bikes made to look old and stole the look of vintage Harleys as well as new Harleys,the HD Fatboys look was copied nearly exact on the red bike with drag pipes.
