I have never seen the rice cereal trees done before! That is unique. I have used sugar cones for ice cream cones and covered them with piped frosting and then dusted them with powdered sugar for snow. I love the rice trees. So cute.
That is a ONEderful cake! I’m partial to anything pink 🩷 I too send sketches and tell them pen and paper isn’t my artistic medium. I’m better with buttercream and fondant lol.
Karolyn, This Kake is amazing and I loved watching you use all of the different techniques. Thank you so much for continuing to put out all of these wonderful You tubes!! I love to get all cozy on Sundays and watch you do your thing ❤❤ I learned a lot today🥰
Another great video!! REALLY cute title!! When you print off images that you trace onto fondant like this "One," 1. Are you using regular copy paper and 2. Are you using regular ink or edible images ink? Thank you!
Your videos are so satisfying for me… detailed and informative… I have a doubt.. What do you do the excess fondant from the cuts.. how u store it… it dries hard because of the tylose right
I show it in a few videos, but I can't remember which ones! I keep the extra fondant in a ziplock bag and store that in an airtight container. I only keep it if it is squeezable at room temperature. If it's rock hard when it's at room temperature, I toss it!
@@KarolynsKakes same here… people say we can microwave and knead it with crisco to bring it back… But noooooo.. it hardens up so fast and we cant work with it
i have to agree. They ruin the design. I really thought this was gonna be a 400-450 cake, but for 600 she should have figured out how to make the trees like in the example cakes, they were amazing. Slapping icing on a cone shape does not make a nice looking tree.
Not only was the cake beautiful, it was delicious! You made our dream cake come true ❄️🩷 Thank you so much, you are beyond talented!
I’m so glad you liked it, this was so much fun to make! Thank you for letting me be a part is her special day! 🥰
What a great winter scene . And i love the color combination . The rice krispy trees are a great idea. Thank you for sharing and keep on caking 💜
Worth every penny!

Girl. You make it look so easy. I have to keep practicing that technique with the number or name trace and cute. Thank you so much.
It gets easier with practice!!

It takes a little time, but looks so pretty! 😊
Right lol. I've literally never thought of embossing that way 🤣 I've always thought I needed those embossers they sell at stores/online.

Ummm i love that pink palette knife !!! Is it new ?!
Nope! I’ve had it for a while. I got it on Amazon and linked it in a bunch of videos. However, it’s been out of stock for a while 😩😩
@KarolynsKakes oh ok. Ill check. Lol I don't remember ever seeing you using it !
Those trees look horrible..
I understand not everyone is going to like what I do. My customer loved it and so did I!
