Hello Gaja. ..it's such a pleasure listening to your soothing voice..inspiring video.....thank you for sharing the chocolate and cocoa tip. ...remain blessed xxx
Gaja se biscuits: Oven @ 180c Bake +- 12 to 15 min 130g / 150g softend butter 1 Cup of sugar 1 Table spoon of oil, cream it together. Now add: 1 Egg 1 & 1\4 Cups of flour (+-) 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Sift half of the flour into the wet mixture and work it through. Add more flour a bit at a time, mix by hand, when the dough stops sticking to your hands you know it is right. Wrap the dough and rest in in the fridge for 10 to 15 min Roll out dough on floured surface. Dip the cookie cutter in flour and punch your cookies. Space it a fair bit apart. Once cooled you can decorate it with melting 🍫 chocolate or with what every you have in your pantry 🎈 Gaja's tip: Add a bit of coco powder to the melted cooking chocolate to give it a more intense taste.
When I am in a pinch I sprinkel ontop of the wet chocolate peanut sprinkles (very inexpensive) or ,100s and 1000s sprinkles... it dollies up your 🍪 cookie in a flash 💫
Nice biscuits. Well done! Keep sharing
