Thanks for the video, reminded me of a few things I'd forgotten like parenting and puppet warping. With regards to the anchor point, if you click on the 9th icon *Pan Behind Anchor Tool* - just under the word animation) you can then click and drag the anchor point to where you want without moving the layer itself.

Can't you export through adobe media encoder as a gif instead of bringing into photoshop?
