That Tricati would’ve been my pick too, the Triumph engine looks right at home in that frame. Your Morini 3 1/2 in the clip is a lovely machine. Thanks John, keep ‘‘em coming.

You would need a Molly coating on the F1. I got one and they are good for 150hp. And throw in the 6 speed close ratio.... man that has all been done to mine. Including the magnesium wheels. Bloody love that thing. The Spondon frame makes it so well handeling 😎

Nice mix of bikes.. the Norton F1 would be my choice as I remember when they were sold new. My preference of bikes is late 80s, 90s.. just because this was the era I got into bikes. 👍🏼

LIke that Honda 450 CB behind you. I had a 1973 Honda 350CL. When I went to buy a motorcycle I wanted the 450 but Mom said no way!

Fascinating video - great to see such a diverse and interesting selection of machines up for grabs . . . .
I particularly like the Harley and am not surprised that it sold for a good price . . . The Willie G. Davidson conceived and styled model is now one of the most collectible H.D's of them all, well fettled it can be a great fun ride . .
Harleys have added so much to motorcycling over the years, some seem to want all bikes to be droning, rather boring, perhaps inline four, characterless, dull, consumer durables that have all the charisma of a washer/dryer and offer similar amounts of owner engagement . . . Although if that's your ideal, then thats fine . . .we all have our own viewpoint . .
Personally, I believe it's the sheer diversity of motorcycle design down through the years that makes it all so interesting and engaging . . . I applaud manufactureres that carve out a niche and do it their way - Harley Davidson have certainly done that . . .

It's hard to believe but this poor boy has had two Morini 3-1/2 at different times. They were Stradas and still rank in my top 5 bikes I have owned.

Tricati was a bargain and an interesting combo. Better than a Duciumph I suppose.😬

Nice 450 there. I am working on bringing back to life a 71 CL450. Cool bikes.

Blown away by the price of the Harley. In my humble opinion, it doesn't meet any requirement to be a motorcycle. It is violently hideous, too heavy, doesn't handle, can't stop and is too uncomfortable. I'd love to have the Norton F1 but they hardly ever work. Sadly they are completely unreliable. The in line 550's are always a delight. Great report!
