As a retired Harley tech- usually when a Harley is hit hard enough to destroy fork tubes the flywheels are knocked out of balance. The machine may still start and run but will vibrate excessively when it reaches a certain point (complete tear down to rebalance flywheels may be required) factory balance is 60-65% when new
that can vary from shop to shop depending on their shop rate. anywhere from 650 to 1100 for labor plus whatever the parts cost(top end and lower end gaskets and seals ) this is the best ball park that I can give you. @@user-sj6hc1bk4e

They expect a considerable number of people to default on the loans in the coming recession and this will result in a lot of late-model, low mileage motorcycles to flood the auction market.
You gave up pretty quick on finding neutral on that trike. Neutral can be temperamental on a Harley. Should’ve tried to tap halfway down to hit neutral, from second gear. And the abs light will blink on those bikes and will turn off when you drive it a few feet.
I just spent $17,000 on a Harley Davidson and I would’ve much rather went there and picked up one of those considering the fact that I’m a mechanic I could fix all that shit

Late model HD have a slew of mechanical issues that are expensive to fix. Repairs cost more than the bike is worth. I would not take any of them for free. Beware!

The one without a Key is a Softail ST, and used no Key. It’s the buttons with the Fob present.🏍💨🏍💨
That gray low rider st starts like a Harley CVO. You turn on the kill switch and then hit the start. No key switch (key fob).

The ones with ABS the light will flash until you get over about 5mph. If it flashes afterwards, the ABS has an issue. It should turn off.
