Great Motorcycle Show, thanks for taking us along.
Out of all the bikes you showed us, the Honda GB350 , the Kawasaki W230 and the Meguro S1, and the MUTT's were my favorites, they really peaked my interest. Although I wish they all had exhaust pipes up along the seat lines like the 1973 CL450 Honda's did. It would be hard for me to chose between the GB350 and the Mutt 250, I really loved the retro style of all of them.

Those wide-engine bikes are so ridiculous, motorbikes were never intended to be so wide and big. lol
96% of the bikes there were hideous looking. Modernity isn't pretty.
VERY COOL! I love the Tokyo Motorcycle Shows you did over the past couple years! I mentioned way back when that I bought a Rebel 500 at 1 km I rode every chance I got now she's nearing 10K! SO amazing and thank you for this vid, It's made my choice for my next motorcycle more harder lol!

Greetings PVG, another amazing video in 2024 as the camera work is truly incredible and the bikes are out off of this planet 🌎. The entrepreneurs or owns- CEO’s have really put their foot into those extravagant designs displayed in various bike models and Japan 🇯🇵 leads the way in front of BMW and Harley Davidson. I’ll be remiss if I didn’t mention all those beautiful Japanese ladies participating in the show.. PVG, switch bike did you purchase with those deep pockets of yours? Thank you so much for sharing.

Another great smorgasbord of bikes 🇯🇵! I remember your red ST2 🇮🇹. I sold my red Ducati last year (the Panigale V2), currently ‘bikeless’, not sure what to ride next, so was good to see all those beautiful shiny machines 🇦🇺

I thought the Royal Enfields look cool and that Triumph Thruxton was a beaut! It's interesting to see the carbon fibre pieces on some of the bikes, like the aero bits on Formula 1 cars. Thanks for bringing us all those two wheeled beauties Peter! 👍🏍🛵 Technical reason for not wanting the sidecar, too much drag! 😂

Craig Jones has been building superb Royal Enfield Bullet bobbers with his own home made frames that are hardtailed and he fettles, fabricates and improves them so much with his own bespoke parts with renewing bearings, bushes, paint and electrics and the quality of his bikes is massively improved and is what Royal Enfield shook uld have done earlier before they disappeared from England in the early 1970s. Their original interceptors had well balanced strong, sorted engines and the mark 2 model is now a rare classic that was very fast in its day with great handling and superior to the Triumphs, BSAs and Norton commandos in the very early 1970s.

You have the best show videos , everyone else is rushing by all the models but you show them in full detail kudos.
I would have expected the decals extra on the MV98 to have been hand painted not nasty stickers for the price.
Well actually they weren't nearly as bad as some I saw. At least they are clear-coated. The Suzuki were so tacky looking. Didn't even match the paint color perfectly.

Hi mate; thank you for these videos every year. Bikes are cheap there!!!!! Beautiful ones. Sadly you did not stayed too much with the Euro brands; also Moto Guzzi is missed. What about Norton? Yamaha are always in need of better designers (aesthetics) in my opinion, cannot compete with the others. Lack of personality.
I want to add that I laughed here when you mentioned the lack of spares there in Hokkaido...I have 4 Triumph; 3 old one "new" (a 48; 2 79s and a Thruxton R with the fairing low clips etc) and O wait MONTHS for parts and the customs STOP everything here (I am in Uruguay S America) plus the bikes are super expensive and the salaries are low. I remember when I lived for a few months there and all seemed cheap for me...Cheers
That sucks about waiting for parts. Yeah I know 1 month isn't the end of the world but when it's your daily ride it stings. Only 1 Motoguzzi at the show. No Norton. I don't think I've ever seen a Norton there in the past several years.

You can commute on the GS...I had a 2019 GS1250 and used it to go into London regularly and had no problem getting through traffic. Never understood why they fit the satnav down on the bars instead of above the TFT... it's dangerous and takes your eyes off the road.

damn that BMW M1000 XR looks so damn good & the new R12 nineT retro look is lit
I am rather impressed by the split times seeing that it has a 5.5lb trigger weight. I think that where this pistol really shines is that it is so accessible price wise and yet doesn't sacrifice the quality of the build. For someone looking to try the platform for the first time it provides an insane quality to cost ratio and isn’t full of proprietary components that would prevent upgrading it as you go. It has all the proper DNA upon which to build a Gucci 2011 as your budget allows.
What is also pretty cool is that Tisas manufactures a more modern “2011ish“ model under the MAC branding that sports a bull barrel and comes with more competition minded accessories such as fiber optic front sight, a removable mag-well, slightly more aggressive grips, and I believe if my memory serves an adjustable trigger. The MAC version is just shy of 1100 bucks which again is a tremendous value given what an equivalently appointed model from a competitor costs. The magazines that Tisas uses are Checkmate 2011 mags and they sell on the SDS website for 50 bucks each which isn't horrible. I really have a hard time finding a reason not to want one of these pistols.

It would have been so much better if the camera stopped for enough time on the specification plate for each bike so we, the buyers, can be better informed.

I'd never-heard of them before , I follow the usual-suspects like Motor Rock and the classic-bike-scene over there ( I own/ride 3 Japanese Classic-twins ) . Awesome video as aleays! The bike show in my city got cancelled due to the "c-word" (no, not that one; the"19" one) and has not returned. It was frustrating spending a day looking at new bikes then having to go outside on a January day in Canada. I'll finish this by claiming to be the newest subscriber!
