- Hola!! It's Karina Worldwide and I'm coming to you from MEXICOOOO. So I found an awesome apartment in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and I want to show it off to the world. Check the video out to see how much I spend (hint: it's way less than my $800 budget with wifi, electricity, and water included)!! I didn't even have to pay a security deposit (though most apartments in Mexico require deposits....I just lucked up).

Nice apartment, nice outfits too, I especially love your personality. I lived in Playa for about 8 months in 2020, I had some nice apartments at great deals due to pandemic prices. One apartment had security, housekeeping, rooftop pool and other great amenities plus about three blocks from the beach and it was all under $500 all utilities included.. Of course now, that price has doubled and then some. I am looking forward to seeing more of your videos.

very nice apartment for a great price .That's the secret get away from the touristy areas or the city center just a few blocks or a couple miles away and you will see prices drop significantly ,not only in Playa Del Carmen but anywhere .

You’re whole apartment in Playa Del Carmen is awesome! I lived in Cuernavaca in a bedroom with the host family I stayed with for 6 weeks in the summer in 2010 and paid 3k/month a friend paid the same price for a 1 bd apt down the street. I heard the prices would be so expensive in a tourist destination like that, but not from what I’ve seen in your tours. We weren’t in gated communities either. Great work as always!
I live on the outskirts so it's cheaper. If you live downtown, you're definitely going to pay more money!!

I love Mexico and we stayed with family that had been living there for 16 years. We stayed with them for 5weeks loved it very much. Of course they wanted us to move there but we are too old to uproot from here. Visiting again for.a long stay is possible. Thank you for the video.

This apartment is in Playa del Carmen in Selvanova. It really is. Honestly, I hired a taxi driver to take me around and he suggested it when I told him I didn't want to be in the touristy areas and was more interested in a quiet area. Sure!! It my be "cheap" to you but calling it cheap is kinda indicating that it should cost more because you can afford to pay more. While affordable simply means that's what it cost regardless of how much you can afford to pay.
I love an intelligent woman whom is seeking out a wonderful life versus materialism. I myself drive a 2018 Shelby Cobra here in Texas and am getting rid of it in the next few weeks. It’s simple for me to afford at $1,055.00 payments a month but I want to get property in Colombia and Airbnb. Thanks for the awesome video. Hello! Just thinking if you don't use the additional 2 rooms and they have 2 beds in the room considering the law you may be able to get all of your investment back by renting out the beds to newcomers who are trying to get established there.
