I bought a house with a koi pond in it. Sadly the house was unoccupied and pond maintenance hasn't being done in some years, the koi are ok it seems. After doing a full cleanup of the pond and installing a filter they are still very very suspicious of me, I can tell that approaching the pond raises their stress. How can I remedy that? I basically leave them alone except for feeding time. This has being going for over 6 months. Do you have any tips to pacify them ?
