    Making good roti is an art and takes time to master. I've broken down all the steps in the simplest way possible, so please don't skip any part of the video.       Hi is this roti eaten straight off the tawa and not on the gas direct.Cannot be eaten the next day because it gets stiff or hard.We make with boiling water because we eat the next day if there's left over .Cape Town. South Africa

      In that case, you can use gloves, 🧤 but keep in mind that bare hands do a much better job.😅😅
