Two things I'm glad about -
1. We won the UCL that 2022 and even the commentators kept saying "who needs Mbappe!"
2. We've won it again
Bonus - We've signed him now, and "He" needs to win the UCL, so guess what, we're winning it again.
I like Lucas but Real Madrid are the best club in history because they put their emotions aside when making decisions.
I'm glad Florentino is running this club. He's not emotional about these decisions.
People will turn you down in business or in politics and if you really want them on your side, you forgive them but remember their actions for leverage.
It's not Mbappes fault that journalists are asking about him at the UCL final.

I don’t believe Mbappe did anything to intentionally interfere with Real Madrid in 2022. He probably thought he could navigate the situation but he was a 23 year old who had whole countries leaning in him and his family.
Honestly, putting all emotions aside, I don't think Mbappe owe Real Madrid any consideration as to when he might decide to announce his deal with PSG. The only thing he should have done differently is inform Florentino Perez ahead that he will be extending his contract.
And I'm glad that Perez didn't make an emotional decision as well. Because, realistically, Mbappe improves us on a footballing level as well as economical level.
Like Lucas said, there will be so much questions on what happened 2 years ago during his presentation... My guess is, he will open with what he has to say about it and will plead that questions should not be asked about it anymore.

I am on the same page as Lucas. Real signed him and i will have to endure him as a fan of the royal whites but if any of the players who have become a superstar in the past couple of years is affected by him then I would be highly disappointed with this move.
