    Do you do both left an right side or just your right arm n leg on the pillows

      We need to put one pillow below our belly as well for lungs to expand in full capacity

      Hi Suzain, Our nurse faculty member did not suggest it, but that is sometimes done in restorative yoga when the student is not sick. We hopes this helps.

      Hi Raja, This pose is often used in restorative yoga, and this thought to be gentle and deeply relaxing for people who are feeling well.

    It's also helpful to sleep prone in regular life, for the same reasons. Proper support, by the way? A hard surface. Your body will know what to do with gravity-- soft, unsupportive pillows? Not so much. (I sleep on the floor, with no pillow). Again, prone positioning is good for us all; pillows: not so much.

      @@kukurocks1 it is useful in initial days of illness when the disease is mild. It helps in better lung functions. But it should never be used to postpone the treatment for COVID. That's why this video is misleading.
