Underground water tank me pani nahi hone par bhi Water leval indicator me sari lights on Rahati hai. Explain me sir
That means all the trigger wires are connected to the supply.... that's why the leds are always on....
There are lots of grounded pins in the encoder-decoder, can those be utilised to increase the resolution?
That gnded pins are for addressing
Which are the pins connected in encoder that should maintain in decoder otherwise it's not work properly
Why we used transistor there (to control the motor)

Thanks for enlightening us but this is not a practically working circuit design i guess, because if we attach it with motor and when upper level is achieved motor will be off and when some water is used than motor will be turn on again and therefore motor will remain on always which is not feasible. You didn't tell this in the video, So please make another video addressing this issue and there should be manual switch to turn on.off motor at any time. Any micro-controller or nodemcu can be used to do that i guess.
Also it will be very helpful for students and tech guys if you educate us how this thing will work, why we are using transistors and how water level will be achieved by ics so that we can apply this knowledge to other projects too instead of copy pasting circuit designs.

Pani m wire par corozen lag jaata hai.ye success ni hai.m pehle bhi try kar chuka hu.kuch esa ho jo wire tank m n dalna pade.
you should recheck your design. something is wrong.
