It would be interesting if the slide bearing was continuous and rode on the linear shaft guide (Eiger bearing??) With that approach the lower bed would not need to extend beyond the front the table saw

I´m actually in the process of finishing it. Today I will find out, how the completed sled is working; stay tuned....
