The voice is the first instrument and it's clear that both you and Chichi have a real natural ability as singers. That makes mastering an instrument a grand step easier. I hope to see you both performing more together in the future. This has been the best 22 minutes of my day so far. Thanks.

Your sister is a natural, as soon as she did her vocal improvisation it was clear that she has a lot of potential. And of course she will greatly benefit from having such a talented and patient teacher to guide her. I'm looking forward to seeing (and hearing) her progress!
Even her laugh at the end of it was melodic. Which reminds me of just how musically inclined I am… NOT! 😢

I would love to see, what your sister will do beside scales.
There’s a way of learning without them. Just by listening and knowing about the intervals of minor and major. Just to teach her that, once she hits a non fitting tone, she can slide/ bend up or down to fix it.
You are both so gifted. That’ll be a fitting access I think.
Closed eyes and just playing, to train the ears and the trust in herself. Our brain is fantastic. It manages so much more if we play intuitive.
She did great! She should be very proud of herself.
Love it! Family time is golden and rich. The music is a great medium for fellowship. Music was made for love..family.
