@@AishwaryaPj-v2e(note: unpair your device first)take out side airpods from the case press touch sensor button on both airpods for five seconds solid red light emitted
Press 3 times on MFB(Multi Funtion Button which is the only button available on your airbud) and it will reset.. First take each bud out after after the other (check the manual for better understanding)

This worked! My ine side earbud wasnt working and i thought its damaged and i cant use it anymore. Yet one side is working and charging. So i searched and found this reel.
