1.5 month back i purchased the same airdopes now the left side airdope is not working. Never expected this from Boat. Even after using this product with care
it's been just few days and I'm facing a problem of charging since day 1, like left side earbud gets dead before right one and 40 hrs backup?! nahh it doesn't even works for 3 hrs continuously. btw I got immortal 131
Its like when i decide to use one bud and keep the other one in the case itself after sometime i want to use both,then i take the other bud out then the bud i was using stops working,then i kept the one that just stopped working in the case then the other one starts working its like one is sacrificing for the other pls fix this i brought this with my pocket money 😢
This just doesn't work, so I tried claiming warranty twice. They gave me a report stating that everything's working perfectly and shipped the same product back to me. This problem still persists, I just don't understand what to do next.

I have boat airdopes 121v2. The problem is that my right earbud does not turn on automatically. I tried the reset also but it is the same. I manually pressed the mfb also and noticed that after 1 minute of continuous pressing it turned on. Help me with this problem. As soon as i put both my earbuds back into the case the left one keeps charging but my right earbud stops to display light also.

@@salmankhans5815 it may be because one side is not taking charging. clean charging box and then try to charge only one side. If it still bot work then it may be hardware problem.
Hi, u can try this it worked for me - 1. Take out the earbud which is not working. 2. Take a piece of cloth or a hanky, wet one of its corner. 3. Take a refill or a matchstick and roll it in a way to cover it with the wet side of hanky. 4. Clean the area of case that charges that bud properly. 5. Put the earbud back and let it charge for a few min to show any indication.

Okay guys its finally working so press both earbuds reset button for 10 seconds until it turn offs nd then put both buds together in case after that close your case nd press behind the case atleast for 15 seconds it will definitely work

For the all people stating that charging of one tws not working ('telling battery low in one tws and not the other"). 1) clean your tws (there are videos out there teaching how to clean) 2) over charge your tws (it worked for me) These are the possible fix I could tell.

If one side earbud is not working, then do this Step 1 - Go to settings in your phone Step 2 - Go to accessibility Step 3 - Go to hearing enhancements Step 4 - Under Left/right sound balance, adjust the connected audio slide bar in middle between left and right. Both ear buds will work. It worked for me. This is in Samsung Phone.

Okay guys its finally working so press both earbuds reset button for 10 seconds until it turn offs nd then put both buds together in case after that close your case nd press behind the case atleast for 15 seconds it will definitely work

For the all people stating that charging of one tws not working ('telling battery low in one tws and not the other").
1) clean your tws (there are videos out there teaching how to clean)
2) over charge your tws (it worked for me)
These are the possible fix I could tell.

If one side earbud is not working, then do this
Step 1 - Go to settings in your phone
Step 2 - Go to accessibility
Step 3 - Go to hearing enhancements
Step 4 - Under Left/right sound balance, adjust the connected audio slide bar in middle between left and right. Both ear buds will work.
It worked for me. This is in Samsung Phone.
