My heart is in shreds. I got betrayed by someone I least expected to. I'm binge watching Jay's channel because I'm trying to heal and the idea that real genuine love exists makes me feel hopeful... I guess. Please pray for me y'all. I'm in a very dark space.

As someone who's been in the same place, I can only tell you that you will heal and come back stronger. In some time, you'll wonder why you even gave the person so much energy and thought.. Key : Focus on yourself and not the other person or the betrayal..

Do the work on yourself, because that's really what will get you out of your funk. Looking within yourself might feel uncomfortable and unfamiliar, but the ability to sit with yourself and feel your feelings and take responsibility for your wellbeing is what will heal you and make you feel more whole than you felt with that person. Feel the sadness, mourn the loss of that relationship, then when the sadness subsides enough start looking back at what that person brought to your life that you didn't have and seek to understand 1) why you felt that lack in the first place 2) how to fill that need by yourself for yourself.
All the best finding your way back to your well-being.

I wouldn't be surprised if they collaborate on a show or book jointly about how to have a strong relationship. You literally found the perfect wife. She compliments you so well (-*-) It brings out a playful side and you bring out even more of her depth. You can tell she values you too and how amazing of a husband you are to her. I feel like you would do really great to teach men how to be really great husbands and how to respond to their wives needs lovingly and with patience, willingness, and positive energy- also teachings on how to remain calm, I’m learning that’s a masculine gift (it can be feminine too, but I think of a masculine counter part being the pillar/the rock/the stabilizing force) and her feminine energy being what decorated the space in magic, joy, fun, connection, purpose, meaning, warmth, safety, and love. So inspiring seeing you two talk like this. Blessings. Namaste

I love his point on compromise. Another perspective i heard is that doing those occasional things you think you don't want to do actually serves your deeper want to have a close, solid relationship. So if you change your perspective, you actually do want to do those things because you understand the deep intention behind them. There's definitely room to take that idea too far, but I think it's great for the smaller things.

But we are not in a healthy space and I'm the only one willing to get outside help. It will be an uphill struggle but I feel the saddest mistake would be for us to let go. I hope I'm right. Life and no practices with how to live. We make our own hell, or heaven. I always keep in mind that each one of us is at least lucky to be here and experience life. But it can and does suck. Radhi, thank you for being so transparent about finding your purpose. Sometimes, it can be daunting figuring out our passions and our purpose (and filling our day). It can be easier to hide behind our partner and family because it can be very paralyzing with the prospects of stepping out into the unknown and/or failure. You are describing my situation for over a decade. Thank you for sharing and being so open, it’s easy to sit back and think that I am the only one feeling this, but it’s so encouraging and comforting knowing someone who is so kind, sweet, beautiful, accomplished and renowned as you has had the very feelings I had for so long. I finally started my path earlier this year and I am just getting better at my craft, honing my skills, regardless of my fears. It’s so encouraging that I am not the only one! Thank you for being so inspirational and encouraging! 🌟 Love watching yours and Jay RUclips channel! You guys are amazing! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One of the best things I've ever watched, so genuine, so helpful, so practical, so relatable!

When the sitcom show question came, I had the same answer which Radhi also gave. This show has touched people's hearts in such a beautiful way. On another note as important, Thanks Jay and Radhi for doing what you do
